great place to work. Love helping the special needs; sometimes I don't get to do anything except photocopy for the teachers but that is okay. I just wish that there were people who could help the special needs children on the gifted end of being special needs. It always seems that we can help those less fortunate but forget to help those who are gifted. I love the poeple I wrk with; and also being on the Hutterite Colonies. The hardest part of the job is seeing the gifted kids being left out because we can only help those who have challenges with learning.

I was blessed with the oppertunity to guid a culinary program for high school students, my leadership skills grew greatly leading all sorts of nationalitys, religions, and cutlers, each semester giving the, the skills and understanding of what you can accomplish working together as a family.

This job is fast paced and postiive.  The administration looks out for the needs of employees and arranges for support, as needed. A typical day begins at 8:25 am and goes until 3:30 pm.  Fridays are half days.  Excellent benefit package.

Followed one of the tradesman around and assisted him with his duties or sent with fellow labourers to maintain school grounds. Management is very easy to get along with as well as the coworkers. if you have a good attitude this job is easy

I was only a casual Educational Assistant and didn't get enough hours to live from. No benefits or any other offers to continue, therefore I left and got a new job.

I like it. 

Since I went there as a kid and worked for a short time I still enjoyed it. 

The people were nice and the time there was fun since my mom and I worked together and got things done fast.

There was a lot of one the job learning. I worked as a Substitute EA so there was a lot I didn't know about the students I was helping. Thankfully there were other staff members willing to help me out until I got to know the students better.

A fast-paced environment that will keep you on your toes! Problem solving and flexibility are an asset in this stimulating work environment. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing those I work with succeed.

A good place to work in-between school semesters lots of opportunities to learn and advance skill sets. Downtime and slow paced. You don't feel overworked

Administration is toxic!  Lits of clics and groups that Administration is directly a part of.  Do not always put needs of student first.  Pay is low and not worth the mental health anguish.
