White Oaks Resort and Spa

They'll treat you like garbage the 1st time you can't fill a shift when needed. The work is not worth the pay. I got them out of so many tight spots and worked very long hours breaking my back for them and ended up getting frozen shoulder only to be looked down on because I could no longer keep up with their expectations.  Never felt like it was appreciated for all my hard work. They favor certain employees and they definitely don't work as a team. Very poor communication 

Working there i learned we are just numbers as i was told by management...toxic and negative culture...long hours. nights. weekends. the more you give the more they want.employees always being replaced. 

Overall it was good and the sous were very helpful and understanding but didn’t feel like there was no advancement in my career. Would stay in the same position for years and not get no title change and only get a couple cents raise or maybe a dollar depending.
 
Cool thing tho you could use the gym and pool for free and got discounts on staying there and holding events

I've been working here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The owner of white oaks is amazing, he is so nice and super down to earth and involved in the day to day wellbeing of the company. They are great with hours and availability and there is room for improvement and change within the departments of white oaks. 

its been a very good experience working for the company the problem is there not enough hours to maintain proper income this is the hardest part of the job is the hours are not guaranteed the  people are friendly and its a great place to work the owners treat the employees with respect and listen to any concerns

people are amazing, no complaints. I am glad to have worked there. 
clients are very picky but we have no problems to make them happy, we go above and beyond their needs.  

working at white oaks is fun and exciting.everyday you have a chance to meet other people and a chance to learn new things from them thats the reason why i love working at white oaks.

As a student, I was given all the tools for success. The team members were very welcoming and always willing to help and teach along the way. The variety of equipment and activities make it a high end club.

Managers have favourites & it shows with scheduling & compensation. HR is a puppet for managers, HR is no help with problems. Did not feel supported. Wages & benefits are very low. 

Amazing people to work for, you can tell they really care about their team members and want what’s best for them in terms of everyday life! So happy to be working here!
