I would assist the head surveyor on the project. I had only a little bit of education at this point and it was only for a summer because I had to return to school. I learnt a little bit out the structural survey but for the most part I just did what I was told by the surveyor and didnt get to do much on my own. Management was not good. People were constantly getting fired or shipped to other jobs because the guidance wasnt there and they were performing. I did not feel as at home at this job like I did in Kiewit. I am still in touch with almost everyone from that job but none from this project. The hardest part of the job was learning the structural side of surveying because I am used to Legal Land Survey or Road Construction Survey. The most enjoyable part of the job was the weather! It was summer, whats not to like about working outside in summer.

It's work when you need a job ,if you work hard and focus you will be noticed 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not fitting in ,having partner leave most work to you while they socialize and not completing task on time

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
That depends on what crew you get amd who tge superintendent and firemen and supervisors are

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's just like any other concrete company depends if your beginning typical or at the end will determine the atmosphere

It is an okay company to work for even thought there is some cranky and yelling bosses around ,making all kind of complaints, but with patience one's learn to deal when those situations comes .....

I dont want writ a review.  I am really really not in the mood right now at this moment in time willing to write anything bad or good about this company.  they are a very good company, and they pour a ton of concrete around this city etc....

working in this company gives a lot of opportunities and benefits for me as a skilled worker. I liked their flexibility in terms of working hours, gives reasonable compensation.

Since my first day, they treated me like one more co-worker. I'm so glad about working from them. They gave me the chance to move here and trained me to grow up into their crew.

Great company to work for, constructing the structure of a high - rise buildings in very dirty wet enthusiastic hard working workplace.

Good place to work if u like more sitting job and dont want to explore more they dont have enough hours to work only 8 hours a day nothing new to learn

Concrete forming. Very simple job. Good foremans. Very good international team, that's helps each other. Fly tables, doka tables and other different systems

A good company to work for only that the job is on hold for two months.
