No professional development within the company is offered. Employees often overworked. Job satisfaction seems to depend on what your job title is in the company. Lots of gossip occurs here as well. Management very rarely gets involved in any workplace issues as management is too afraid to implement any consequences. Favoritism and double standards are extremely common. Lies and manipulation are also common amongst upper management. Management also demonstrates qualities consistent with nepotistic relations.

Overall enjoyable company to work for. Saw some of the other reviews were quite poor, but I think its based on your work ethic. The people who don't enjoy working there are usually the ones complaining.

I enjoyed my time at WBF and would have stayed if I didn't start my career. Management is understanding, and if you have a real issue they will address it appropriately. In terms of favoritism, work hard and you will be compensated. Nothing overall terrible to say about them.

great staff atmosphere, however not the best place for a long term position.

majority of staff are overworked past their job requirements. seniority means nothing. individuals of +11 years are still working at a minimum wage
