Working at Wholesome Warriors changed my life in ways I never expected. At first, I saw it as a job, a way to make a living while supporting a cause I believed in. But it quickly became much more than that and it literally became a journey of growth, connection, and self-discovery as well
The experience taught me resilience. Standing on the streets, engaging strangers, and facing rejection wasn’t easy. But with every “no,” I learned to stay positive and persistent. It built my confidence and pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, teaching me that even in the face of challenges, I could adapt.
What truly made it transformative, was the sense of community and support I felt from my team. They weren’t just colleagues; they were mentors, cheerleaders, friends and also, my second family. I was truly listened to, appreciated, and encouraged every step of the way. Every conversation, feedback session, and shared victory felt like a boost, making me realize my value and potential.
I’ll always be endlessly thankful for how it shaped me, for the people I met, and for the way it made me feel seen and supported. 

This job is not just a job, it’s a family, it’s a safe place to go to everyday, it’s somewhere you feel like isn’t just wasting time, where you’re actually making a difference and an impact on the world. This was the best job I’ve ever had in my life, and it taught me so much. You can apply the skills the Director and managers teach you here, to anything in life. At the end of the day this is sales, so you have to be motivated. If you are motivated to do well for yourself and do good for the world that’s the best combination, it will get you far. But even people who are just motivated for one of those two things go far. The leaders support you and help you, they care about results not just for the company and charity, but because they care about YOU. I promise you, do yourself a favour and actually try this job out and you will be happy. 

I absolutely love working here, the managers and everyone  are really nice. I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews but for this work place I genuinely had to. I’ve had a lot of jobs in Toronto and none compare to this one. The director she’s really nice and helpful and caring  and manager  he’s amazing  and dedicated.  5 stars for these beautiful people. The job can be challenging of course but what job isn’t? I received all the support I needed and it made it fun and easy at the end of the day. Surrounded by motivated like minded people. Supporting amazing causes. I am able to do very well financially for myself here, even though I had zero experience in this field prior to this job.  I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. 

The thing I like the most about working here is that the management gives a lot of support and ongoing training. We don’t have to do extremely well right away because we are learning, all they want to see is that we are actually trying and care about the results which is what any job entails as a sales person. I do see new people sometimes come in and not try, and people have to understand that it is managements job and duty to the  charities we support to get us to do our job and to teach us more. What is great about this job is you can come in with zero experience, but as long as you TRY and are willing to learn, you will go very far here. There are many progression opportunities and everyone does a great job here. 

I enjoyed working here. They’re amazing people! I love that you can help charities while learning sales skills and spending time with good coworkers and managers. They show they care about you and your success. My schedule changed for school so I can’t work for the semester, but I’m looking forward to joining back when my semester is over because I don’t want to work anywhere else. Honestly I made really good money because they helped me achieved my goals. I liked the causes I was helping as well, great choices and only legitimate registered charities with good percentages. 

This job changed how I see work! Every day is really fun working with everyone including  coworkers, team leaders, managers and directors, they’re all super  super supportive.
Right from day one, I felt like part of the team.

Everyone works together to achieve something which I love. I get paid really well here, but the real win comes from the growth and knowing I’m doing something worthwhile and getting to spend my day working with amazing people 

This place is perfect if you love working with others and thrive in a team setting. I've seen so many people, including myself, grow in confidence and skills really soon after starting working here, almost immediately.

Here. They make you feel valued and included in something big, everyday is fun, obviously mixed with some stressful times because this is a job, but it’s definitely the best job I’ve ever had. No work will be completely without any stress. Sometimes new people come in and they feel uncomfortable talking to people, the managers and directors help you out so much, but if you aren’t comfortable with it then you can leave, and the pay is very very clearly outlined and explained BEFORE someone agrees to come in for their first day. So, it is everyone’s choice if they want to do it or not and I absolutely  love everyone I’m working with !!

I’ve had such a pleasant experience working here, I worked here for months in the summer then I had to go back to school unfortunately :( I wish I could’ve stayed,but I’ll be back next summer for sure!! Everyone was so nice here, even people higher up, and I was able to make a lot of money to pay off tuition fees! They also do fun competitions and trips and stuff.
