Two 'marketing managers' who would contradict the other when reviewing assignments. Sponsors were not given what was promised as far as media coverage. Owner could be heard low-balling potential hires from my office. Changed 'team collaboration' software twice in 2 months. Work for 5+ companies while being paid for 1. Management had pipe dreams of having cusyomers pay for a hunting app with absolutely 0 content.

If there were an option to give less than a 1 star rating, this company would definitely deserve it. The corporate culture is toxic. Top management berates and abuses its staff. Creativity is stifled. Staff members are overworked and underpaid. Job postings are misleading - I ended up filling multiple positions. They piled on much more responsibilities than I had anticipated and this was not reflected in my salary. 

Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!

Very rarely do you find a company with such professional yet welcoming staff.  I look forward to going to work each day to collaborate with so many people who have a mind set to do new and creative things with broadcast content and commercials.  It is truly home for people who want to work hard and be recognized for their efforts.  leave the jungle of the big corporations and their political machinations behind with a company that is family run and hands on.

I can't say enough great things about working here. Everyone is so kind, helpful and wanting to help you succeed. No matter your position you feel apart of the team and that your opinion matters. HR is incredible! She has an open door policy and totally stands by that. Management is great. They really care about you as a person and not just an employee. They may have had some rocky bits in the past but with the amazing new hires I highly recommend Wild TV.

Working with the incredible people of Wild TV has been an amazing experience, having never worked in TV before, I have been mentored, encouraged, brought on side and have felt nothing less than appreciated.
Every company has issues, no organization is exempt from tough times. 
Working at Wild TV has encouraged me to think outside of the box and reach new levels of my professional career.

As with any small companies there is lots of opportunities to learn and to try new things. The job descriptions are fluid but you don't need to spend 10 years in one job hoping for a chance to move around.
The environment is what you would expect when you put creative and corporate types together, lots of ideas, lots of debate (and dissent) and lots of chances to make a difference.

After working there and adding value to the company for just one year they let me go, and then they let go the entire marketing team and one of the best marketing managers I have ever met, It was mind boggling.

If you would like to know what life would be like if we would’ve lost the war. Take this job. It is run by a father-son duo who don’t have a clue how to manage or how to treat people.
Every day your job will be threatened. Shady dealings and a horrible horrible environment.

This could possibly be the worst company. Very unprofessional, the Human Resource coordinator asked if I would be a baby that would call hr if I heard people swearing and said she picked my resume because she saw I had beauty experience and assumed I would be pretty. Everyone was extremely rude, save yourself the headache and don’t even apply here.

Upper management is unqualified and disorganized. Be prepared to have multiple mangers tell you different things with different objectives during any given day.  

Would not recommend working here if you want to feel valued as an employee
