Communication with Wildstone is an absolute disaster. They rarely return calls or emails promptly, and when they do, it is often with vague responses that leave me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the project's progress. It seemed like they were deliberately avoiding addressing my concerns or providing clear explanations for the delays and issues that arose. They claim to be professionals, but their lack of integrity and dishonesty became evident right from the beginning. 

Overall, my experience with Wildstone was nothing short of a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere ultimately. Their lack of integrity, poor communication, and low-quality work make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Management is somewhat fragmented with systems in a constant state of change. Do what you think will work. Employee turnover is continuous based on workload.
Co-workers are generally independent, hard working, but struggling with management direction or lack of direction.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with the overall industry and the confrontational attitude of the Engineering Consultantants.
The most enjoyable part of the job is still the accomplishment of completing a successful project where everyone is appreciative. Satisfaction is the real test of a good job.

A very safe environment and good relationship of crews

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When all the crews are exchanging ideas for the project and the day when we had a meeting to keep us always safe for hazardous and accidents.when salary comes.lol

Supporting the project team with all activities required to execute the project in an efficient manner. Learning about the local market constraints and challenges. Company culture and people are aligned with their values. Actually go out of their way to support employees and to continuously improve to build strong project teams. Adjusting to challenges of the local market has been hard. Interacting with great people to make a difference and build lasting relationships has been most enjoyable. 

Wildstone has been a great company to work for. They have a strong company culture, which drives collaboration and teamwork. The business is always busy, and can be very demanding at times. However, as a family-owned, people first organization, they are understanding when you need support or time away. It's a great place to learn and grow your career, and best of all, you get to travel to some really great places across Canada.

Some pretty nice jobs and get a fair amount of experience, but not many willing to teach. You’re supposed to just know it all and be perfect at what you do. Has a men’s club vibe to it. Very clique liAnd if you don’t make the men’s club. Y

pay was good but management it was there way or the highway attitude PM no experience would hire unqualified tradesmen if you like doing the job two or three times it is ok high turnover rate Management says they want to here your issues but in the end they will do what they want no matter what anyone says just smoke and mirrors be carefull working for these guys

Overall this is a nice company to work for - great people to work with and you have an opportunity to learn many things.  Management is youthful and constantly aiming for further growth and innovation.

Hardest part of the job is prioritizing and staying on track with the many deadlines of reporting for over 20 companies.  Enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with.

Worked for them for quite some time. It’s more of a men’s club then anything. The management is poor. Communication is little to none. Don’t expect to be trained, everyone is too busy so to speak. Lot of trash talk about other workers.

Foreman looked like Joe Biden most of the time really confused. Really low wages not up to date with current market rates. Asking for clarification on job specs got a figure it out yourself answer. Poor material ordering very unorganized.
