I had an awesome experience during my time at Laurier. My supervisor provided me with appropriate jobs based on my skill set and wherever I lacked skill she was available to teach me and help me gain confidence in my skills.

Great place where one can learn to self-manage as well as learn to work as part of a team. 

The shifts are short and can be easily worked around class schedules or other jobs. 

The team is small, so everyone becomes close and this makes it a 
very enjoyable place to work.

very productive,learned to delegate,management will help out when need be.co-workers are mainly students.making sure I have enough product for the day.The most enjoyable part is serving and managing the business.

Hi stress, they give you 2-4 hrs work in a 12 hr shift and then harass you about being idle when your work orders are completed, using vehicle GPS and cameras to track your every move.

It was an overall good experience, with great hard workers. Learned that it is crucial to have good team chemistry to progress. The hardest part of the job is all of the studying, but it is also enjoyable.

Was able to develop skills to think creatively and strategically in making recommendations to revise a course for the 2018 MBA curriculum. I learned to conduct research, provide analysis, and work independently.

The Wellness Center has continually evolved over my 17 years as an RMT at Laurier. It continues to meet and usually exceed the needs and expectations of the university community.

I loved working there.
It was a really nice place to work.
I liked the people and made many friends.
The pay and the benefits were very good.
Health and Safety meetings where a good thing to attend

loved being a teachers assistant as i have built close relationships with the professors. got a thorough review of the materials while touring which was a good bonus.

I would not recommend working at this place. Management was not the best and there was a lot of drama that was always happening and it was hard to not be involved.
