I loved working for this restaurant, everyday would be positive and faced paced. the management worked with the employees to make hours easier for those who had children or another job. The training was incredible, and advancement was an ongoing experience.

The management team was very organized and things ran very smoothly inside the restaurant.
They were a company that seemed very involved with community and made many efforts to be a part of organizations that needed donations or support.

Everyday working with community can be a struggle sometimes, but having the right training really helped me to be able to address situations that may occur.

My most enjoyable times with Willam's coffee pub was working with the public everyday and having a great team.

I like all my co-workers and supervisors that I got to work with. We had a lot of teamwork's skills by we always help each other out. I didn't like how the owner was unorganized with finding new management since they were bringing the store down without having a manger and they hire a GM who didn't have any experience in this field.

But overall I did enjoy working there.

Loved working here when it was a family owned business, we got tips and it was a great location that I worked at! I made tons of friends, and great atmosphere overall. Williams was my first serving, and I learned a lot and appreciate the experience working there.

Managment was not very helpful, to speak to them we have to write notes, no face to face, some of the team leaders were very rude and not helpful. A lot of the employees were very disrespectful, very hard place to work at. I was always stressed from having no help.

I took orders, served coffee and food, made sure the customers were happy with there orders, clean and organize the back counter. I worked evenings and mornings to get the full experience of the coffee pub, loved working with all employees.

I worked there for a number of years. The hours were long but the staff and customers were great. Even though the hours were long it helped make day go by faster. There was room for advancement and the benefits were okay.

Serve customers in a positive environment setting. Made all coffee and food orders while doing front cash ans drive thru. Also prep food for next day. Cleaned tables and dinning room as well as all machines used to make orders.

Very demanding and lots of verbal harassment, went to school at the time and was failing because they made me work full time hours instead of part time as a student.

My daily work day was 6 hour shifts with no breaks & they gave me no training. Just tossed me on the food line. Was very stressfull.

Great environment and good salary. Serving the people there food and cleaning the dishes was the best.
