Willingdon Church

I have been working off and on at Willingdon Church for 9 years.  It is a wonderful place to work.  I never had a typical day, as each day there were different challenges.  I self taught my self the database system that is used today.  The management of the church is okay, although there is a lack of communication between them and the workers.  I love my co-workers.  We are a definite team and that is wonderful. The hardest part of my job is sometimes there are not enough hours in a day, so some is carried over. The most enjoyable part is the people I work with and the people that I talk to on a daily basis.

This is no fun place. Everybody is pretending to care each other which is not genuine. They focus on "growing" their business in the name of God. Like other evangelist groups in the states, they are just typical mega religious hypocrite and trying to sell something that doesn't exist or won't happen. If you work there, you are so lucky to have job security for couple years or more. But you have to equip "servant's heart" to some management person or people.

To many plastic and fake people that go here the leadership or leaders live their life in fear most of have never dealt with their issues people like this should not be in a leadership role or roles and are dangerous people to be around plus are toxic to the people around them avoid at all cost.

•	Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware  
•	Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
•	Package take-out foods and serve food to customers
•	Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working property

A typical day would be working with children from all ages with autism while their parents attend the church. The hardest part of the job was to work with deaf children with autism, but I have learned that there are many fun ways to easily communicate without speech.

Great group of people who care about each other and the people they serve. Lots of opportunities to use various gifts and talents in the job and through volunteering.

Willingdon Church is a good place to meet great people and to serve alongside them. The best part of the job is seeing the children you once took care of grow up.

Great place to work, enjoyed working with children's ministry the most. The kept me fast-paced for the entire day. Enjoyed all people I worked with. Very busy place on some occasions, could be long days.

Supportive environment, progressive and always striving to do the best job. During specials presentations, we were served dinner. Flexible hours and days.
