Great place to work, very welcoming and lively environment. expectations are clear and set high but is always achievable and fair. Excellent entry level job. I learned how to excel in communicating with customers and the best way to make them feel welcomed and like they are valued highly. These skills are going to be transferable in future jobs. Management is very fair and takes action when there a confliction. Workplace culture is very fun with the majority of staff being younger (16-23) everyone gets along well.

Very productive and high level of quality

Loved working at the willows, it taught me a lot about events, banquets and everything in between. Some nights were long wedding nights, but you were always compensated accordingly, and most of the time the bartenders would tip out so you'd go home with some extra cash. Good memories, good friends, good times.

I worked as a dishwasher at the start and was able to advance up to catering prep rather quickly because I showed the dedicated and will power to try and reach better positions

Everyone I work with is great we are more like a big family. I wake up everyday ready to go in and do my job and do it great not only for my self but for everyone I work with and all my customers

This place is perfect for high school and University students to work at. Great people to work with and get to know. Enjoyable atmosphere and free golf.

You’re kept very busy, doing multiple jobs around the office. Great staff, family environment. Discounted golf and food. Opportunity to move up and do more. 

Some of the best people and managers i’ve ever had. The service coordinator is so accommodating and friendly.  Very friendly place to work, easy positions.
