and you will get fired if you turn down the overtime. 12 hour shifts, and god forbid you turn off your phone on your off time in case they need an extra body. People have worked a 12 hour shift and been forced to stay another 8 hours longer because someone called in sick. At least they are allowing people to call in sick now. Used to be you needed a death certificate to take a day off. Worst company to work for as a dispatcher. Breaks are non existent. Better hope the drivers bring you coffee.

Easy work and fun often but they feed you to Sharks "Agencies"
That is the unfortunate part. Either you have to work for some cheap and scumbag agencies as subcontractor which they will totally rap you off or the other agency which is inside the company fairly nice but on payroll average of $21/hour..

No workplace is perfect, however; at Wilson we, the team that I worked with made it feel perfect. We were like a well oiled machine as we would crush our task night after night, while we made our manager shine in the presence of upper management. Awesome!!!

Awesome place to work at, we all work as a team to accomplish all our task. We always made our manager look good at all times to upper management. Our work production at nights with the less staff than day shift, was tremendously double or more. Wonderful company to work at, awesome.

No matter how hard you work for them, All they think about is for them to grow. They treat you like pig. They will keep pushing until your last breath. They dont want to pay you peny extra but will always ask for more work. They have no sense of running the business and how to respect their drivers.

Friendly helping nature of all stafff

It a ok place to to work. Great pace of work friendly staff 

Management could be improved 

Good equipment to drive fairly new and good benefits. And a good work life balance 

In my time with this company, the company is poorly managed, some good people, management is horrible. They will work new staff while others don't have too pull their weight.

I am sure that many things have changed since I worked there. My experience was good. It is a Family owned business and growing all the time. Good opportunities I am sure.

A typical day was 12 hours. The management was good. I learned how the use their Shunt scanners and their E-Logs and E vehicle inspection systems. The hardest part was Long work days.
