What is the best part of working at the company?
Concrete division. Most foremans and some lead hands barely work , and rely on other crew members to get the job done . They barely
provide tools  , they want the workers to bring their own .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lots of wannabes in charge , starting with the company owner

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Bad and very toxic . The worse company I worked for . Don't go there unless you're related to the supervisor 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If the call for rain day , they'll make you work until 10 pm , to make it up for their bad decisions and poor judgment

I enjoy my time with this company but i would enjoy working a permanent job i will also have over the winter. I have learned how to work in a team environment as well as on my own occasionally. My typical day of work ranges from 8 to 12 hours and i really enjoy the long hours.

Overworked and underpaid. Have to beg for a raise and even then you won’t get it. No appreciation or respect! The owner doesn’t know how to lead people and is immature. Expects the world from his employee, but gives nothing back. The old lady on the main floor is rude and unprofessional when I walked into the office. Gave me attitude - I was a potential employee! Glad I didn’t move forward with it!

I was a General labour, I did anything from Landscaping, to Demolition, and snow removal.
I learned how to drive Skid-steers (Bobcats) 
I had a bit of a bad time with management.
The hardest part of the job was being treated badly by other co-workers and bosses on a daily basis..
The most enjoyable part of the job was i got to meet a few good people..


The quality of work done by this company is beyond pathetic management, and the way the company is run is quite honestly pathetic the underbid jobs and overworked their employees. There’s truly no respect for one’s knowledge and experience they bring to the table and no chance of advancement in this company

The bosses there were never appreciative of their work or workers they screamed and yelled all the time I would often ask you to do things that you could not do without guidance they're only out for themselves and I absolutely hated working there

What is the best part of working at the company?
Fantastic man.
Agement easy to approach  all around great  people  to work with. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with Older  equipment 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Do what  I'm  told  like  everyone  else.

The owner is a gigantic jerk. Yelling and berating everybody, lacks a heart. He is honestly so awful, the culture runs from him outward. Stress and headaches never ended, please I stress to you - avoid working here at all costs. Anything is better than here. Anything.

New equipment but poor maintenance can not keep employees mechanics truck driver coe has bad temper yells at people not a manager does not know how to work with people

Barely any training provided, expected to know what your doing even when they dont tell you how they want it done. No room for errors or learning. Management is just horrible. Would not reccomend to work here.
