Working here was a frustrating experience overall. The pay is minimum wage, yet the expectations don’t match the compensation. Employees are expected to work hard, stay flexible, and often pick up extra stress without proper support or appreciation.

Management communication is poor, and concerns don’t feel taken seriously. , and There’s little understanding for employees, Instead of feeling supported, I often felt replaceable and undervalued.

The workplace environment is stressful, with low morale among staff. There’s little room for growth, and it doesn’t feel like a place that invests in its employees long-term. 
A major issue in this workplace was a manipulative individual who frequently uses guilt and pressure to control employees rather than offering proper leadership. Favoritism was common, and communication often felt passive-aggressive instead of honest or respectful. This behavior created confusion, stress, and a lack of trust, making the work environment uncomfortable and emotionally draining

The manager that worked in the service department at Windsor Chrysler while I was there had a fun vibe and tried to keep the mood light, while trying to make us laugh. However, at times it did come off as unprofessional and made some of the staff feel uncomfortable.

The workplace itself had a tense feeling most of the time because you are dealing with someone else's vehicle and way of transportation. Since most people aren't familiar with the protocol of this type of establishment they have a hard time understanding what takes so long for the work to be completed and often get frustrated.

The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know the girls I worked with. They all wanted to see me succeed so they would help in every way possible and were proud to see me understanding how to do it on my own.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Horrible company to work for treated horribly. They steal peoples trade-ins little do people know and generally do not care about their customers. All about the money.

Working for managers that offer no support and a tilted playing field in regards to fairnessl

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic Environment in the used car department. Horrible place to work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Watching all the leads go to one person who is the company favourite

Established and maintained good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business;
Develop and demonstrate a positive attitude and working climate;
Employee motivation, attendance, scheduling and monitoring performance and disciplinary council;
Handled all incoming customer complaints throughout the dealership until they were completed;
Organized all promotions to keep customers updated, create and execute charts, and
Programs utilized Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Reynolds & Reynolds, data entry, update files, and maintain records.

Floor sales staff are decent people, BDC is awesome. Don't waste your time with this dealership. If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating I would! Management is an absolute mess, they promise big volume and big money but it's all lies. There are way better dealerships to work for. If you're looking to actually build a career in the automotive retail honestly look somewhere else, there is a reason this place is always hiring and it's not to fill growing demand. You will find out it's not all they say it is after you accept the position.

Honestly, this job sucked. The only good part were my co-workers at the time, but everyone phased out eventually. Workers got lazier, they value speed over results, and then complain when something is missed. Management only cares about money, and won't give raises or benefits. I heard that the manager I was under got fired, so perhaps the new manager is able to handle things better than the last. Otherwise, don't waste your time here unless it is an absolute necessity for your survival to work here. Even then, try to find something else.

Work was repetitive but, you were constantly busy so the day would pass by quickly. I learned lots about detailing and now use these skills towards my own vehicles. Unfortunately, management was very poorly demonstrated. Especially, my manager that I had to deal with. He was full of rude comments and was very sarcastic. As well, there was no benefits at all. Those would be the reasons why I would not recommend this job. The most enjoyable part of this job would be the different types of vehicles you could drive. Overall not a good company to work for.

This company doesn't care about their employees. They only pay minimum wage when other dealerships pay more for this work. There is no a/c in the summer. There is no room for advancement. The dealership doesn't care about their employees and only if the dealership is making money and where they can save a buck or two.  

Lube tech is a good enough entry position if there is room to advance with the company. The job is easy but can be stressful depending on how busy it gets and how good your coworkers are.  Sometimes you have to do their part of the job as well as your own. Lots of drama between coworkers, and customers treat you like dirt for the most part. No a/c or heat, so you can be uncomfortable year round.
