Working with customer supplied prints is always a challenge, as not one company marks their prints exactly the same as another company.  Reading prints is definitely a challenge, but with training and practice, any print can be easily broken down.

However, the challenge is working with customer supplied parts, as not all parts come with a manual on how to install, or how the part works.  So deciphering how to make the part work as the customer wants is problem solving at its best.

There's no stress there u just clock in do your job no one harrass you or rushing u

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Healthy aND very lively work environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day is pretty easy plenty of laughs

This is a great place to work management is helpful and listen to workers complaints and quick response but they don't condone insurbodination. As long as you're consistent in attendance and punctuality you're bam 

I had a good time working there, supervisor and most of the other employees were easy to get along with. Shop has AC in the summer which is great. Safety is meh, typical of a weld shop in Windsor. Only issue I really had was being underpaid, which I didn't stick around long enough to really make it an issue.

Work was great. People were friendly and helpful. There was a laid back atmosphere where you weren't pressured. Management worked to resolve issues. Great pay, and bonuses. Overall a good experience. Only downfall was being laid off after 5 months.

I worked there as an assembler for just over a month. After that month I got injured on the job. I temporarily lost the use of my right arm after tripping a pallet. Two days after the incident, I received a call stating that I was Laid off.

Fun place everyone was pretty cool to work with.overtime when ever you needed it.Busy place till they added another building and brought there other shop over, then got slow.dont count on raises much  or management. There lost sometimes.

Loved working there. My boss and I cried when he laid me off. Just like a family working there. You work hard for them, and you get respected. If you need personal time off, you get it. They work well with you.

Great place to work ..Work there for 4 years as industrial painter...My time was up  4 years a breathing paint fumes was enough...I left..But wish I could have stayed...Great guys working on the floor very personal people who care..

Not a great place to work. No communication between the office and shop. Worked there for a year and didn't have one review. The blue prints are never updated, yet the parts are? it's a backwards place to work.
