What is the best part of working at the company?
Overall the employees are just a number! They do not care what happens to you just as long as they get to save a dollar!  No annual raises, promotions are based on the buddy buddy system. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor decision making. They tend to make bad business decisions which mostly fail.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. If you are not in the click you are mainly there to fill a position with no job security.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constantly chasing problem after problem.  Never being proactive but always reactive.

Friendly environment

Learn different machine everyday never same machine more than day or two

Not enough trsining they kinda just put u on machine show u once ur on your own after that

Everyone keeps to themselves noone really interacts with eachother breaks ain't long enough 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most the time it's laid back stress free but other times can be overwhelming

A great place to work. My fellow coworkers are like family (not related to anyone there). Benefit package is very good, prescription, dental, eye glasses. An allowance every year for safety shoes. 
I find the negative reviews to be inaccurate. The people that are constantly talking, on their phones or refusing to do the job they were assigned are the only ones that have problems with management and the rules.

Unprofessional management. Rotating shifts are very inconvenient. Employees are pretty cool, but the environment is kind of like high-school. Work is extremely dull, boring and machines are always breaking down, but coworkers can be really fun to talk with to pass the time. Company can bully some employees they don't like, for example putting them on the worst machines or giving them weird shifts. Also not too proactive on handling harassment. Also, lots of nepotism.

A typical day at work began with talking to my supervisor and being placed on a job. Next I would have to look and see what needed to be done for the day and complete those tasks. I learned to work with others in a timely manner and problem solve together. The hardest part of the job was it being very repetitive and sometimes hard on your hands and shoulders. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing I was coming into work everyday and there was always something to be accomplished.

Work life balance for employees is not balanced at all. You are expected to be available 100% of the time without exception (including on your own vacation time). Management is very tightly wound with the owners so advancement is very difficult. People who hold management positions have been there for a long time and hold their positions because of that. The people are friendly if you are friends with the right people. There is a lot of drama and the offices are very clicky.

Reviews are pretty unfair! Not all management are related, or in a click. Some have moved up to management because of their work ethics, attendance, social skills, problem solving & willing to work with or help others. Supervisors are getting hit from all directions from upper management & union workers. Union workers are being harassed by fellow workers, as some will also go as far as snitching on a fellow workers. Overall a good place to work just needs a moral boost.

Favoritism and a lack of professionalism especially in management create an extremely inappropriate work environment. Gossip and backstabbing are rampant, making it impossible to trust anyone. 

Management does not hold any staff accountable for their lack of performance and toxic behavior making it reality trash tv. There’s no room for growth and there’s zero leadership.
The incredibly high turnover rate, frequent layoffs, and ongoing work-share program make it a place to run for the hills.

Pathetic Company to work for. Starts with the owners : Ownership incapable and uninterested. Mistakes caused by senior employees are fixed by scapegoating of new employees (specially of colour) . Experienced employees have a buddy system that controls the modus operandi which works to the determinant  of not only employee growth but also company growth. 75 year old company yet only a second tier supplier - no surprises there.

Supervisor dont like you they will write you up or they will try to get you fired. Was threaten all the time was told by supervisor all the time that he would give me a job for me to have a heart attack after I had already had a heart attack once. Company really doesnt care about the employees. Plant manager always backed the supervisors no matter what. Not a good work environment
