The place was dirty and unsafe. Its literally a sweat shop the management talks down poorly to their workers. They dont know what their doing at all. Its unsafe for a forklift driver going through the shop  when they put parts everywhere because the warehouse is not big enough. Management doesnt even follow their own rules. Im surprise this place is still going tbh and also they have old dies that cant even make decent parts and always on down time. Its a free for all at that shop plus lack of training for any position.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Horribly managed, dirty, unsafe. There is almost nothing positive to say about this organization 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is a significant amount of stress heaped a handful of people while the rest of the organization does the bare minimum to skate by

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A culture driven by fear and constant camera watching by the plant manager and owners. Literally 24hrs a day

Been here for 4 yrs now, started as a temp and was hired on fulltime within 5 months. Decent pay, definitely room for advancement if you put in the time and effort... been promoted several times myself. Just like any place there is always room for improvement, but this is by far the best place I have ever worked and I see myself working here until retirement.

Amazing human resources very very nice people but the management is horrid! I needed to change my start date as my fiance is 35 weeks pregnant and dealing with issues and now they are not interested in me as an employee lol this company is a joke and doesn't care about covid or your personal well being they just want robots and numbers ! If u want 17$ and to work like a robot come here ! If u have pride In yourself don't work here big mistake on my end.

Has led to ancient equipment that has been outdated for 20 years. Maintenance team does not proactively perform PM’s, therefore when equipment breaks down it is down for months! Plant manager is clueless but works 80 plus hours a week. When the opportunity came along and we were awarded new business- only because of a bankruptcy- they decided to spend 1/4 of the allowable budget to ensure more garbage equipment hit the floor. Just an awful organization.

They expect you to do so much work, take on extra work without paying you more. Constantly promising advancement but never coming through. Lots of promise of training as well and not following through. Management only cares about numbers and not the people who work for them. The owners are nice people but everyone under them hides what goes on in the factory so they are blind to how their employees are treated.

Walking in the door. Even when your home it never ends

The front yard is a actual sewage hole. Imagine what's inside

The worst day of your life X10

good place to work except no permanent positions and no benefits, to many temp service people and no potential for hiring onto company.  They go thru many workers as the many temp services that are employed thru them.  Was a nice place to work if there was potential for permanent positions.

Everything is very old and outdated no cranes to pull dies right off holster. To much time wasted removing and setting up old rusty dies from outside. Set up should take 1 hour per press here it takes a day a press

A day at work, you sign in and start working, when the amount needed is complete, the supervisor can move you to different machine. Breaks and lunch are paid plus four hours if you work full week schedule without absent.
