Pay is garbage in this economy, you’ll never get ahead. Understaffed & no one to cover vacations so good luck getting time off approved if you don’t have top seniority. Management is a bad joke. Never heard of a company not giving benefits after 3 months  - this place is after 125 “working days”. The class of people here is very apparent, and it will drag you down if you’re not already on that level. Union is as expected - mostly useless. Management keeps taking away and then wonders why they can’t keep or find staff. Hope you enjoy standing all day  cause they took away our stools & Summer is like working in an oven. Shift work blows. You can move jobs within the plant when Available but don’t expect your pay to jump much. Only upside here is it’s straight 8 with OT if you want it & weekends are optional (for now). My advice - take it in a Pinch, but keep looking for a better job that actually appreciates and pays a living wage to its employees. This place will drag you down & get you nowhere in this economy except living paycheque to paycheque.  

Very toxic and dishonest place to work. You 75hrs a week in high speed machining area and they dont pay you, there no appreciation to Employees pay changes unexpectedly because there always new management take away from   Employees . All of management and hr are completely divided from the Employees. There always hiring and people leaving because of the atmosphere and pay. Will not recommend this place find a different place to work this place is 

This company will pay you 60% of what your worth ask you to work 7 days a week promiss you the world and give you a moldy bread crumb. Management is clueless tooling is junk the machines are beat up. You will be treated like meat ready for the lions and is just an absolute dumpster fire of a company. You'll never get a raise you can work 7 days a week 76 hours a week for 5 months straight and get deied a Friday off when you try and book it 3 weeks in advance. Management has zero clue what there doing other than sitting in a AC office and complaining about how you do your job wrong when you've been doing it proficiently for 6 years with almost zero complaints. I left the company trying to "aggressively hug" my 67 IQ boss 

I have recently started working at Windsor Mold Group as a mold making apprentice. All my co-workers are kind and helpful. The production floor is a lot cleaner than the last shop I worked at and every thing is well maintained. They also have lots of new machines which are also well maintained. There are also a few activities that employees can participate in like trivia night ride don't hide for mental health awareness. Overall this place seems to be a good place to work and I've enjoyed my time here so far.

Windsor Mold Group has no regard for its employees.  It exists to maximize managment compensation. Get in with the management group and you are set for life. Join to keep food on the table but start looking immediately for another job. They have resorted to signing bonuses because of the terrible morale and reputation. Take the money and then leave when you can.
Suitable place for people without ethics or morals to thrive.



My time at Windsor Mold has been a great learning experience for me. They encourage mentorship as part of the learning process and helped me with my tuition and books. Everyone is helpful and approachable, regardless of level in the company. For a long time I've wanted a job that I can be proud of and I can honestly say I love working here. I never complain to my family about work, it's very refreshing. Great company to work for!

I've recently began an apprenticeship with Windsor Mold. The Facilities are maintained impeccably and much cleaner and more organized than other shops I've attended, giving me a good first impression. After several weeks, I found nothing but friendly management and helpful co-workers. I'm quite eager to move forward within this company, as it seems like a top notch company to stay with. 

They are not trustworthy! Always trying to cut cost at the expense of the employee. Merritt raise system, which allows a company to pass up hard working employees for a raise to suit their pocket money. They have an entire year to find or dream up excuses not to give someone a well deserved raise. If an employee is doing their job well enough to keep year after year, this seems like extortion. 

I have worked at WMG for 5+ years and They have consistantly surprised me with how much they care about their employees. If you go in and do your job and dont cause a fuss they will treat you great! theres always family events and something going on outside of work to keep employees motivated. best job Ive ever had!

Its a great place to work, very clean and organized the head custodian there does a fantastic job, the leaders and managers are vary friendly and professional and they have a really good apprenticeship program for mold making.
