Avoid this place if you can. Management sucks, employee retention is in the negatives and its so poorly organized that you have to waste your time redoing tasks all while being pressured to work faster.  The place just drains you of any will to work, so any cool staff who was there has left. They also struggle with paying properly , especially if you've done overtime, which is a shame because of how low the pay is to begin with

They treat you as a number. When they don't need you anymore, they will get rid of you and hire someone at the same position with a lower salary. Wiptrc customers are overall not satisfied. If you dont think like management, it's like you're doing something wrong. 

Very demanding, the supervisors are useless cause they knows nothing about the company. The hr team suckes . You can’t be late or absent more than 3 time or else you get fired even though you have valid proof and reasons . They expect you to work your butt  off the fix their mistakes.  

Always missing money in my pay slips,  bad insurance and expensive, humans resources doesn't help any like against us , very poor salary 
,family and friendships company, not applying the seniority even with having union,  good position and promotion for friends, family or new Comers 

Sometimes we feel understaffed and sometimes it's so slow that time barely passes. Work loads are not well distributed and in general it's annoying because superiors aren't always helpful 

Fun worplace but you’ll run behind your pay Good for a start  Easy task to do and manager very friendly 
But the pay has a lot of problems and you will contact RH often to correct that

I have found that working at WIPTEC gave me more confidence in my ability to do repetitive work with incentive with work production... 
I recommend people to work there..

I just want to let the person to know it is a nice work company and good work .I want the work to go well . What is the best to fight the right people and they have the right people .
