Very bad management, all the way to the top, top.
I tried to give it a chance despite low initial pay. No raise. Reward was free  coffee. No saturday lunch. Place not making enough to afford that.
Very few customers. I assume employee turnover plays a factor.
Nobody in service worked there longer than 8 months. Nobody and that includes shop, advisors, reception and even manager.
Parts has only one employee.
I was constantly being shamed and micromanaged my by manager. How can i perform after being thrown into the dryer?



Owner is oblivious to the reality of what is happening to his dealer. Never seen a dealership driven to the ground this fast. Out dated and expired ideas that simply don't work. Unfortunately the manager is good at one thing, and that is blaming all the short comings on others while protecting his own job. Stay away, there is no future here. Dealership is running in the red with some of these worst salary and bonuses in the GTA. 

Woodbine Toyota has a lot going for it but unfortunately the upper management does not know on how to capitalize on it. The General Manager is inept causing conflict amongst long standing staff creating an exodus. Unfortunately when pressed rather than resolve issues its their choice to ignore and further plunge the dealership into turmoil. Too bad since the potential is huge. Word of advice... Avoid Avoid Avoid...

I worked there over an year - never got a raise but they took out portions of my commission without speaking to us advisors. Management does not care or help you. They are very rude - and incompetent. Worst dealer I have ever worked for. Was good when I first started. I left because there was no growing they didn't encourage you to grow at all.  They overwork you and do not compensate you for it at all. 

Job is never secure no warnings will be given. No training is given you’re just thrown in and expected to know what to do - good luck. Constant complaining from Technicians due to the lack of work - was told the dealership can only power 2 technicians. Service Advisor also constantly complaining of the lack of commission and customer base.

A place to work with a friendly environment and good commissions to  earn. The sales traffic was low as it is all about selling cars. The Used car inventory was not very appealing as that is the main part of a dealership to make money in sales.

Challenging and quick environment to work in with a good group of employees. Unlike many dealerships, there is a focus on doing what is right for the customer and the dealership, not just hte dealership.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It is rare to find all departments of the dealership working in harmony and collaboration.  I love this atmosphere at Woodbine Toyota

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Fixing issues made by  previous employees.

A great place to work as long as you do your job. Best management i’ve had in a while, like a giant family especially in service. The customers are the only problem with this place ranging from cheap to rude. Especially if they think they’re a mechanic. 

Lots of friendly co-workers but unfortunately not very busy. Not much chance of making a good commission. Low-volume service department. Poor operating system.
