My time there was short but I really enjoyed the staff at Woodview in Branford. They were eager and ready for me to start and they had all the systems in place for me to feel welcomed on the very first day.  There is nothing worse that showing up to a job with no desk, computer or your passwords aren't set up.  THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT WOODVIEW. their office manager had a space ready for me to work at and all my software, email and user names were ready to go!  
I only left because my family moved out of province, otherwise it would have been a wonderful career for me.

A supportive environment where everyone works as a team. Collaboration and idea sharing is great. Supportive management who listen to your needs. The schedule is flexible. Employees and management go above and beyond to provide support to youth and their families. Support to families is provided using a non traditional, strength based approach.

Woodview is amazing, I work part time in respite and it is great. Can be challenging at times but the manager is super helpful and there for you. They also offer a wide array of professional development and training. 

Staff/coworkers are super friendly and have ample advice and insight to share. 

Would highly recomend if you are looking for a change, or if it is your first job. 

I loved working here. The working atmosphere was great. My supervisor was kind and easy to work with.  My clients were fun to be with.  I have not had a bad experience.  Im not going to say every day was sunshine and roses, but my experience was a very positive one and I would return to work here again

The Team I work with is amazing!!  There is great opportunities to engage in fun activities in the community with our clients. It has also been great to provide those opportunities for those people that would not do it for themselves.

I started at Woodview right out of college and I couldn't be happier working there. I'm able to work flexible hours and the staff have helped me learn and grow every step of the way.

great place to start if you are just starting out in aba therapy. a lot of casual shifts in the start, takes forever to be full time though. staff and clients are all amazing and supportive

inconsistent feedback from management and senior therapist. Poor communication between management and staff. Management completes evaluations based on what others say not by observing themselves.

A great employer, great people, lots of education and opportunities to learn. Great coworkers and managers with lots of team building and appreciation shown for milestones earned. 

Working at Woodview feels more like being part of a family. They are so supportive and understanding and respect a staff's work life balance. Management is open and approachable and treat us like humans.  I'd recommend working here.
