a lot of work for such little pay, and you will not be compensated for the extra work needed to do the job, management does not care about employees' needs, you will be managing multiple daycares while also having to get dogs ready for pick ups, will be scolded for wanting to take days off, most new employees don’t make it past training as management makes tasks too difficult as they are not hiring people who have experience with dog behaviour 

Woofur is my happy place! The management's support has shaped me into a confident professional. Learning here is holistic – from handling challenges to fostering teamwork. The management there is garbage. You’re undervalued, overworked, underpaid. Lack of training and understanding. The owner will push you until are ready to keel over and die and wonder why you’re quitting. There’s nothing fun about the position and nothing that’s competitive about this company. No time off, no benefits, no fair wage, no perks. Turnover rate is crazy and thats no surprise everything considered.   Steer clear

Stressful and very fast paced. Time off is highly discouraged by owners, even when you are sick! They do not follow the laws regarding safety protocols and the labour laws in Ontario. Many dogs have escaped in their care even one got hit by a care and was unalived.
