I worked at WFS for 3 months. They offered almost no training. The person who trained me was very disrespectful, would swear and be rude the whole time. Most items were not where they were supposed to be and when you ask for help people would get annoyed with you. There is no team work. On deliveries customers were extremely rude and disrespectful, always giving you a hard time. They put me in the plumbing department as a delivery driver and barely showed me anything and expected me to make deliveries. They let me go for no reason after 3 months, they told me I did a good job but let me go, makes no sense. Waste of time, don't waste your time here there is no job security and they let people go for no reason. Also terrible management. Very Disorganized as well. Rude Staff.

Very hard to work with the other departement, specialy customer service dept.  There is no team work.  Sometimes we need an information for a customer and we dont get the information right away or nobody wants to take care. It happen I had to leave my work to look myself for the information. 

For someone who starts in the aviation, this is the place you can learn by yourself and manage various situations.

One of the good thing about this company, they are very good with schedule flexibility.  For them family and your health come first.  Another thing a like, it's we can meet good customer.

For me, there is no opportunuity to advance or try new challenge.

The day usually started short staff . How to do all the different jobs When you are short staff you learn to cope and move forward The mangement most were awesome others were lazy and unproductive and had their favorites Most would chip in and work together others stated was not their job The hardest part of the job was telling paaengers that their flight was cancelled and would not be able to get them there for a couple days Passengers always made the day seem so great when they thank you and just seeing them get where they need to be

unionized when i worked there..so there were decent benefits and pay increases...but i am not a fan of unions and find them very inefficient for productivity. especially when time with scheduling. a lot of manual labor especially when you are low on the seniority list. management was never really in tune with the employees because they were not part of the union

Working at Ottawa airport very busy smaller terminal and a lot of staff turn over especially with ramp employees. pretty demanding job as for our dept. also a lot of overtime as well. Company always will to accept input from staff. and willing to provide training in all areas of terminal operations

Nice place to work if you dont mind constantly doing overtime or being short staffed. Some days are super quiet while others can be quite busy, you never really know from one day to the next. Management used to be good, from what I hear from old coworkers, a few people got let go and now most people are looking to work elsewhere. Wouldn't go back if they asked.

I like for working at World Wide for a while. I was introduced to PLC control system for baggage controls system. It allowed me to learn more on PLC controllers that I  later learn later how it's similar to to DDC controllers, which helped me in my current position.

Stress free environment , very calm very quiet in offices . Amazing co workers and boss. Its very busy alot of work to be done but very manageable. Very good hours and salary based on your knowledge and skills

Management in the warehouse has not been there for nearly as long as most employees, leading to a lot of frustration. 

Moving up is incredibly hard, you will be told you are being looked at and they will never ever get back to you

Decent pay fast paced environment, the charters flight can be a handful with the unique requirements.Not a bad company worldwide locations. I rate it a four star company
