What is the best part of working at the company?
It was steady . People were good, decent Christmas parties, lots of things to work on

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Didn’t pay overtime honestly, they would cheat overtime hours to equal regular hours 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Ok safety oriented when management was around.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good , doing lots of different tasks, lots of concrete.

As with many commercial building companies a lot of the tasks were fairly boring but there were fun times too.  At the time things in the construction industry were starting to slow down quite a lot so there was a lot of time spent doing not much of anything.  This was just my experience because it was slow had things been busier my experience would have been a lot different.

My experience at Wright Construction was rewarding as much as it was challenging. I earned respect from my crew and foreman. I knew that working in this field would be temporary however I am grateful for the knowledge I obtain and for my time spent with Wright Construction. I take pride in knowing that I was a part of the growth in Saskatoon.

It was a very easy job and i caught on very fast. the boss was great cause he pushed me and was understanding. the co workers where fun and easy to talk to. the hardest part of the job was leveling earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel. the most of enjoyable was cleaning up gas and oil spills and other contaminants.

Fairly good place to work with opportunities for advancement. Willing to provide training and education if you're willing to learn and work hard. Felt wages could be somewhat higher though. Overall, would recommend.

great employees easy to get along with. it was a good workout going to work everyday.management was good they got everything done like they said they would. just a good company to work for.

Never had any other experience like the one Ive had with this company and feel fortunate to be of assistance to all the skilled and certified workers it took to help build an extension.

Easy going as long as your getting your job done. Working with a bunch of different sub trades and labourers. Supervisors are great to work with and down to earth.

I acquired alot of new skills .  I learned book keeping computer skills and billing.  I would also do manual labour I learned drywall landscaping and carpentry.

Good company too work with. My supervisor was great to get alone with and very understanding, even when reading blue prints for grade beams. My co-workers were very patient and helpful.
