As the manager I did the scheduling, received stock, submitted time sheets, dealt with customers, cleaned, merchandised, did bank deposits and cash balancing, and worked on having a strong team to work with.
The new owners that came on while I worked there were fantastic.
The hardest, or perhaps 'most difficult' part of the job was dealing with unhappy or angry customers. I always did my best to ensure that they left happy.
I had a fantastic team working with me, and we were like a close knit family. Rarely was there a day I did not look forward to going to work. 
I really enjoyed working for this company, and it was sad when the doors closed.

Every day was a new experience dealing with new customers. The daily tasks were repetitive, such as paperwork, store opening and closing, but with stock intake, merchandising, and a close knit team I looked forward to being at work every day.
One of the things I appreciated was the fact that we saw the VP of Operations as well as the CEO of the company several times. 
It was overall a very supportive climate, and when it came to the end, it was like saying goodbye to a family.

Typical day of work includes putting out products on the shelf, helping customers find what they need and being a cashier from time to time. I learned a lot about customer services and how to deal with many customers at a time. My co-workers were alright but some wouldn't do their job properly making mines harder. Hardest part of the job was dealing with angry customers that bought a product that broke or is missing a piece.

This was a very stressful and unorganized company. The management team changed so often with new directions every few months. Whether it was the Manager, assitant manager, district manager or whatever.

Because of the constant changing of managers I got a lot of overtime which I didn't mind. I was the Shift supervisor for a year before the company declared bankruptcy. I did a lot of the duties a manager did as I stayed on while the management team left.

I worked at XsCargo for over 7 years and enjoyed it quite a bit. 
I standard day included, organizing product, unloading trucks, assisting customer in store and over the phone.I love working as a team and never backed down from a challenge. I was given a chance to take on more responsibilities as a supervisor, and I'm happy to say I didn't let them down.

Everyone really worked as a team, when there was work to be done everyone worked together to get it done. pay was decent, no bonuses unfortunately. flexible schedule.

Was a joy to work for. Went in as a bottom of the ladder worker and was second key holder inside of 5 months. Rewards are good for hard working people. Advancement is good but security is not

i really liked  working with the different cultures,helping customer and staff being able to solve problems sharing ideas for display

Terrible place to work. Company values suck. Head office is difficult to work with to get any paperwork like record of employment or t4.

no comment because the company is nearly closing when I left the company and I have been hired at Canada Computers on April 2014 as a Sales representative
