A typical day at work looked like providing Customer Services over the phone. I learned Customer Service skills. Management was overall good. Co workers were team players, all of us working together for the same goal. The hardest part of the job was impolite customers. The most enjoyable part of the job was raising donations for different charities.

Typical day at work was basically trying to collect donations for charity through telemarketing.
I learned how to do customer service by phone which was different for me and out of my comfort zone.
The hardest part of the job was getting the people on the other line to donate.

Working for Xentel was good. The work place culture included a variety of individuals working individually and as a team raising funds for the Paralympics.It was an experience that caused me to feel more grateful.

bad environment, dirty, favoritism everywhere, dishonest management, poor pay, drugs in the office, stay away from it

No longer in business, they may be operating under a new name now. It was a job geared towards people with minimal sales experience. Selling over the phone.

This job is for someone whom is not much of a social person and who likes to talk on telephones. This job requires patience with sales and patience with co-workers.

Took this job as a summer job so I worked long 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. I learned how to be persuasive and convincing in telemarketing.

Great experience working at Xentel. Build very valuable skills during my time working at Xentel. Will definitely recommend anyone to this Job.
