Fantastic place of work with really great staff. Fun job, with enough work/life balance to let me do what I want to do. They have a really great online scheduling software for you to input your availability, book time off, trade shifts, check your schedule etc.

Only down side, don't expect a whole lot of money. Most positions are min wage and there's only a couple supervisor and manager spots. Great 2nd job, or place to work when you need the flexibility.

XTP is a very fun, supportive environment. There is room for growth, with a very encouraging manager and great staff. With  many different jobs, there is something for everyone. Scheduling is flexible, leading to a great work-life balance. I love being both a cashier and a party host, you get to meet a diverse group of people and interact lots with kids during parties. Xtreme has taught me lots about customer service and managing busy, stressful situations. 

Amazing workplace, with a great team atmosphere! Management is incredible and works hard to ensure that you grow both as a person and employee during employment. Staff are able to work hard but also have fun while on the job. Pay isn’t fantastic but for a student, first time job, or someone looking to make a bit of extra money its great! There is also lots of room to learn other jobs within the park and move up to supervisory or management positions. 

In the beginning work was great, friendly staff. The problem with working with young people is the drama. WAY too much drama and no one takes responsibility for their actions. The pay cheques were never correct, staff and management were not paid correctly or fairly. For a "relaxed" environment there was too many problems. Employees who did extra work were punished and those who did nothing were praised. Overall terrible.

This job is misleading. It should be labeled as a janitor job with how much cleaning there is to do around the park. The reason this place is always urgently hiring is because people always quit within a month. Management picks favourites and the manager is rude. Drama is present between employees all the time. Overall just a toxic environment and I advise against working there.

During my time as a staff member, I worked all jobs within the facility. When I first started working there, drama was frequent. Once COVID hit, we had a huge staff changeover and since it has been phenomenal! New management and staff and I can promise that there is no more conflict and it is a happy work place! Would highly recommend! 

The place has a good system for booking time off. Also will rarely ever decline time off, very flexible for students.
The staff members are all really fun, but there tends to be quite a lot of staff drama.
When it's slow, it can be really boring as a cashier, you're basically a janitor.
When it's busy, time will go by really quickly but lots of customers will complain about their waivers expiring.

Terrible work environment. I consistently dreaded going to work. The owner doesn’t wear a mask and has no respect for his employees. The general manager is on a power trip and the overall business is ran in a highly unprofessional way. I would recommend any job other than this one.

This place is AWESOME! The other reviews don't do it justice. Now that new management is in and this COVID stuff is almost over, it is the most relaxed and collaborative place to work. The manager does goal setting with staff so everyone can grow. I would highly recommend giving this place a fair shot!

managers were unfair, schedule changed without notice, so much drama, unfair pay some people were being paid up to a dollar less than others with the same job title managers always picked favourites and if you weren’t one of them it was very unpleasant to work there they never considered the employees
