I started working at YESA in November of 2021 knowing that I needed to surround myself with an incredibly high quality team of knowledgable, successful, in-action group of people which no doubt exists here. 

This company is all about learning and developing its people to be great both personally and professionally. As part of any position with this company, you get access to the world's #1 training program for sales and motivation, which gives you literally everything you need to develop your skills to prosper and achieve your goals.

For context of numbers in case anyone is wondering what the sales potential here looks like, the comp structure rewards you for what you produce. In my 4th month in I increased my monthly income by +100% through commissions, while achieving an 8% lift in my monthly recurring revenue (salary + ongoing commissions).

This is a culture of high accountability and performance. If you're an A-player, you will love it here. If you're not, you won't like it because it will expose your weaknesses. You either rise to the challenge or you leave, there's no in between.

That being said, management truly cares about you here and will go above and beyond to make sure you're getting what you need to be successful. They care about you as a person first, then you as a professional.

I've been working with YESA for almost 5 years now. Started as a cold caller, on commission, making a couple grand a month. Back then we had no leads, no website, no marketing, a tiny office - all we had was great leadership and a vision of being great. 

Fast forward, we've literally gone from 6 - 50 employees, across 2 offices, and serve Canada coast to coast.

For me, YESA gave me the vehicle and opportunity to start being the man I wanted to be in life. I've gained confidence, my network is full of massively successful business owners and entrepreneurs, I have the skills and reputation to go anywhere and do anything, and the opportunity within our company to advance with no limits.

It hasn't been easy, but I'm not looking for easy. This environment has pushed and challenged me in ways I couldn't even imagine. I've failed countless times, however I've had the leeway and support to get back up, learn from
Mistakes and do better the next time.

If anyone is considering YESA - I could not recommend it enough. Do not come here if you're looking for "just another job". This ain't that. Don't come here if you don't want to be held accountable for your results. Don't come here if you don't like being pushed to be, do and have more. 

Come here if you want to grow within a group of people interested in doing something special, if you want to develop and expand yourself and your capabilities beyond what you thought was possible, and if you want to take the breaks off your career.

I wanted to leave an updated review for 2025 now that my time with the company has come to a close. I’ve recently moved on to new ventures abroad, but I felt it important to reflect and share my honest experience.

If you're looking for a place to earn real money, grow life-changing business skills, and surround yourself with driven, goal-oriented people — this company delivers. Truly.

I first met the team a few years ago through friends. At the time, I was freelancing and creating content for a number of clients. What stood out with this group was their mindset — highly accountable, positive, focused. The more I worked with them, the more I saw how aligned their culture was with progress and purpose. They quickly became one of my top clients.

It’s not the kind of place where people coast.

If you're someone who listens to business podcasts, watches entrepreneur videos, and wants to live that kind of growth — this is it in real time.

This company helped shape me — not just as a freelancer or professional, but as a person. It changed how I view opportunity and what’s possible. I’m grateful for the experience, and I wish the team and all future hires the absolute best.

Working at YESA is a super uplifting experience. Everyone cares about you getting better at your job and improving your confidence, skills, attitude and your level of engagement.  

The work place is fun to be in, but make no mistake its not a place just to "hangout" . These folks are about WORKING!  Production and performance is what you learn the most and its a great place to build skills.   

I love the culture, I love the team atmosphere and the coaching/mentorship .  The executives are  committed and there are a lot of good people on the team.  I think there could be a little bit better communication/organization.  The office in Burlington isn't big enough but apparently they're in the process of upgrading.  
Overall, a great place to work, build skills and get motivated! 

A typical day at work starts with personal development — watching Grant Cardone University videos, followed by a morning meeting and high-energy team drills to get pumped up for the day. Then comes deployment: hitting the field and knocking on doors, where the real work begins. This job taught me more about sales and human behavior than I ever imagined possible in such a short time. I now understand how customers think, respond, and make decisions — a skill set that feels almost like a superpower.
The workplace culture is unlike anything I’ve seen: fiercely competitive but also incredibly supportive. Everyone genuinely wants to see you win and is willing to help you grow. Management sets a high standard and leads by example.
There are no real cons — the hardest part is pushing past your own limits. But the reward? This job doesn’t just teach you how to sell — it changes your life.

I learned everything from this company they changed my life and the goals I had for my life, it’s not for the faint of heart but if your committed and to yourself and self improvement this company is for you. Like any job one of the best parts about it is the money, but more importantly the culture there is unlike any other, it builds your mentality your work ethic and their main goal in my own personal opinion is building up everyone to be a better version of themselves. Your success in this company is strictly up too you and they will help you along the entire way the sky is truly the limit when you commit yourself to a position with yesa.

Never worked at a company like this before. It's not for everyone but if you are dynamic, competitive and focused on career and financial success, there is no better place to be. There is a heavy emphasis on training and development which is very rare and there is never a dull moment. 

It is not for the faint of heart, and if your priority in life is R&R then this honestly probably is not the place for you. But if you want to 10X your life, this is the place to be. As far as "vibes", it's like a sports team. Former/current athletes will thrive.

They have a young (under 40) and dynamic management and leadership team which leads to fast growth and high energy always

YESA's culture is all about helping individuals level up in their lives. It provides an opportunity where young people can learn, study, practice sales and business skills and then apply these skills immediately within the real world. It is like an apprenticeship program but for business, sales and entrepreneurship. The opportunity for growth is immense, the ability to make money is limitless and the culture is built around sales and business being a sport. It is the perfect opportunity for young future entrepreneurs! 

I have been apart of YESA for over 3 years now. As soon as I joined within the first 2 months I knew this is like no other job in the world. 
It’s an opportunity for the younger generation to build a life they are proud of. In this generation especially 20-30 years of age most individuals are lost and just wandering. YESA teaches purpose, helps face the internal battle that young men go through everyday.
The financial success I’m all for, but more than that it’s the feeling of being a valued man that walks this earth. Thank you YESA and to the CEO Corrie George Elieff for changing so many young lives including mines.
