A typical day at work was fun and enjoyable. The hours flew by and you could hardly believe you'd been there for 8 hours. Breaks divided the shift nicely and training was thorough and complete. New employees were greeted warmly and work was something to look forward to.

Management was caring and fun. They always wore a smile and constantly complimented employees for a job well done. This type of attitude brought out the best in people, including me. They had pre-shift meetings that were informative and helpful.

My co-workers were friendly and easy-going. We each worked in pairs, in groups or individually depending on the type of job we were doing and I didn't see any friction between any employees whatsoever. It was the type of job where each and every single employee got along with each and every other employee.

There were no hard parts of this job. It was a very clean place to work and brightly lit. The most enjoyable part of the job was looking back at the end of the shift at how many parts you've sorted and not realizing that you'd been there 8 hours because it felt more like 3.

A typical day would be a pep talk to the Engineers, consulations and meetings on the improvement projects and assignments. Continue to look for more opportunities for improvements.

Coming from a Semiconductor industry which is more influenced by western management style, I came to experience first-hand, the Japanese influenced management  style and system. Both practically follow sound management system.

The management has the people as first-in-mind , creating unprecedented loyalty. The length of stay in the company of  top and up to mid-management must be in 30 years.

The hardest part of the job remains to be coordination, as you have to deal with relatively sensitive  and 'naive' people. It is a test of mastery in encouraging people to be more aggressive and participative.

Salary and benefit-wise, it pales in comparison with multinationals or foreign -owned companies in the Philippines

Culture is very Filipino- very courteous  and  disciplined workforce.  Everybody is treated with respect.

I worked there for 2 and a half years, waited for raises for things I was intitled too. They also had me driving forklift before my actual training with the the certified trainer. Instead of working helping out the workers who work hard they put more work on and still get paid the same. I was a forklifter/order picker and whatever else just to be paid the same as pod workers. Also, I had been used to afternoons for 2 years there, respectfully before the pandemic. I came back for a 12 hour day shift which I am not used to. I respectfully wanted to come back on my normal shift. Now I have a DNR. Would NOT work there. Mind you. I was a temp for 2 plus years. No room for advancement either. 

Honestly, management wants slaves.they want someone who work and don’t use their brain.Management is poor and they tell people to do things which doesn’t make sense sometimes.They don’t even show the documentation to the people who are working there and funny thing is those who are in management they think that they’re something because of their brain and talent which completely opposite. They’ve been through this situation where they were forced to do stuff and now they’re doing same thing with people who are currently working. The people who are working there are innocent and they’re in need of money and these people are taking advantage of them.


The company is backwards from top to bottom. They spend needlessly in areas that they shouldn't and do not spend enough in areas that they should. The Management is terrible at every level. Their use of "temporary labour" is shameful. The posted company values are a joke and are only there for window dressing. They talk about being an industry leader while using equipment and software that is at the end of its life cycle. Many times have the warehouse staff talked about bringing in a union which frankly would be a step up.

Management is childish and inconsistent. People were fired for almost no reason, 1 temp every few years gets hired on. Recognition was never based on merit, it was always a popularity contest. The more attractive you are and friendlier, the more likely you are to stay and see any kind of increase. The only people i saw promoted were attractive women under 30, everyone else was cannon fodder.
Its ok for a little while maybe since the work is simple, but its like working in a high school class.

Good place to work if you are happy never knowing what you'll make each year. Promotions done entirely behind closed doors with very little room for advancement if you aren't in with the one awful supervisor. Horribly ran facility with very little reason to stay long term.

Very productive work environment at which you familiarize yourself with car parts and how they function. Gives you the capability of potentially saving someones life by correctly connecting the wires in an airbag for example. Fun place as the people ar every fun and outgoing and they have a table tennis table you can play with during your lunch and breaks.

I start the day off checking my emails and my agenda ,i look over my to do list and get started with my top priority,
I have some meetings and conference to attend
I check KPI and give support to my team
i learned YAZAKI spirit one for all all fore one
the hardest part is challenging the team and push them out of their comfort zone
the most enjoyable when challenge  become true and fulfilled .

I had a great experience there. Despite they need a greater support to their employees laboral growth (which was the reason why I left), it is a great place to learn how to maintain yourself in a really fast pace environment without dying in the intent. I still having good friends from there, friends for life, and so many learnings. I really loved this job.
