If you like to work at a organization where you are treated as another number instead of a valued team member then this is your place. Management talks down to staff and is always threatening to replace you. There is never positive feed back, always negative. Computers are slow and the phones don’t work and still staff is expected to get work done without proper equipment. The Doctors are frustrated and take their frustrations out on staff.  To cut down on cost management does not supply gloves to handle urine cups instead asks staff to use a Kleenex to pick up urine cups from patients. Hand sanitizer is only supplied for the docs and the rest of the staff is expected to was their hands at their own discretion. This place has so much staff turn around that no one is properly trained. Staff is trained to treat patients like cattle, a number. The more patients they see the more profit for the company. There’s no patient focus and patient satisfaction acknowledgment here. Such a stressful place with no room to advance. I wish I could have given it a thumbs down but that wasn’t an option so it got 1 star.

It was very busy,challenging almost every day.

Management are the worst/incompetent manager I have had so far.
My co-workers and doctors I worked with were the best.
The hardest part was the times I had no answer and was blamed/yelled at form patients because of my management inefficiency
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my lovely,nice co-workers and meeting and helping patients,especially when I was watching them leaving office happily from the service they had received.

A typical day provided varied hours and shifts seeing both acute care and scheduled patients.  I learned much medical knowledge and the art of listening, patience and humility. I managed both staff and was a member of the medical team of physicians and nurses.  The hardest part of my job was letting go when there was no more that could be done. The most enjoyable part of my job was the giving to another who was in need.  This gave me extreme satisfaction, .

Toxic work environment. Disrespectful to staff and patients. Harassment and retaliatory job action against staff. No management or support or recourse for issue with supervising staff. Only way to get your right under the is thru formal complaints to labour board and employees standards commission. 
Would never refer anyone to seek employment with this truly toxic work environment both with regards to both  supervisory staff and management. 

Provided administrative and clinical assistance to physicians on staff
Communicate and encourage patients
Performed ECG, PFT, and vital signs on patients
Effectively uses Health Screen
Completed billing transactions, booked appointments and answered phone calls
A fast pace environment
Staff is like a big family and work together as a team

Went in to work and thought I would not know what to do. Felt so comfortable that my training was like being with friends. The hardest part of the job was when the patients had to be admitted to the hospital. The most enjoyable part of the job was when kids came in crying and they left feeling better.

I have greatly enjoyed my time here at York medical, but I am interested in finding the right fit for my personality and my strengths.
I have learned a lot on the EMR program, the hardest part about the job is inconsistent hours, my co workers are amazing and the environment is very open.

Loved the fast pace challenging environment. Could not believe the nurses boss and reception boss, how rudely they spoke to all staff. Wage is bearable, but the unprofessionalism is not. Not a good place to work.

Came in answered and returned calls, set up for day,checked on stock for patienet rooms. I always was learning new things. The co-workers were really helpful and fun. Dealing with a doctor that always changed her mind. Dealing with the patients and always going the extra mile.

not a good place to work, no communication from management to mid management, supervisors and employees.  Staff goes to work every day with stress and always afraid of getting fire or relocate to other facilitiy with knowing what was done wrong
