Was not sure about working at a tire place, but everyone is friendly. It is hard work, but having weekends off is a bonus. of all my jobs safety at this place is the best.   lots of fun team events, fair. decent pay. managers actually listen to you and talk to you all the time. one or two people on afternoons that are just employees who can be negative, but thats at all places. Everyone else is great.

Basically just a job you stay at to hold you off.
It isn't a job with great room for advancement unless you count getting put on salary and working EVEN more than everyone else for the same pay.
Little to no job security as well.

You will be unloading tires in a trailer most of the time 
Training is basically lifting tires 
You have to use your cell phone for company purposes without reimbursement
Jobs are handed out based on seniority
Unfortunately there is a lot of favouritism in the warehouse 



Environment is open and everyone gets along. IT is a small warehouse but higher ups are approachable and friendly.  It is hard work, but everyone is treated good with good pay.   Straight forward place. 

A very labor-intensive job with little pay! Offloading trailers and loading over 80-pound tires. No room for growth. Ready to break your back? I would not recommend even my worst enermy!

Busy and heavy work  - but time goes quickly when you’re busy so it was good.  Coworkers were pretty friendly and willing to help when needed.  The pay was fair.
