Toxic work environment. 
The animals are the only reason for working there. Management does not listen to the employees. They are under-staffed and over-worked. They try to maintain an image of being a big amazing zoo but the reality is, they are not. No respect for employees and all the work they do. Employees are not valued and easily replaceable. 

During a typical day at work I was either a cashier or assigned to maintain a clean environment. This job helped me improved my efficiency, since there is a lot of visitors per day. I liked working in such a beautiful environment.

Very nice place to work, easy job with lots of benefits. Not the best place for an English speaker as they won't like an accent, but they are nice and understanding.

Great team, we all worked together very nice atmosphere.  loved the challenge unfortunately a very short seasonal job otherwise would still be there.  Would return if opening developed in my field.

Good student job, friendly staff althought bosses can be rough..
