I like to be a part of Zedd as its fun to celebrate different events like Canada Day, birthday celebrations. I enjoy my role as a sales agent which makes me more  productive by dealing with different clients.

The management and leaders are helpful in advancing our career opportunity by giving Job rotation where you can learn about different products and services by working in another campaigns.

The co-workers are always energetic and work-oriented. They always motivates us to give our best. It feels like a multi-cultural family at work.

•	Places and or receive calls to/from existing customers
•	Responsible for responding to customer phone calls by listening empathetically to the customer, clarifying and assessing customer needs, and resolving billing and basic service issues in a prompt and effective manner
•	Provide exceptional customer service levels and maintain a high rating on quality monitoring tests
•	Able to efficiently navigate through multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications, tools and resources while speaking with customers

My time working at Zedd was pretty great, the Team Leaders were friendly and overall the management was pretty understanding and very supportive.

The co-workers are really the best thing about the job, at first I thought I wouldn't be welcomed at all at Zedd to the fact that I knew that I would be one of the baby face there, but I was wrong, most of the elderly welcomed and be-friend me, making me feel very comfortable at work.

Zedd was a great experience for me in my life.

zedd customer solutions is a great platform for learning and great experience. the job brings a positive attitude and great communication skill. the management is not very well organised. the environment is very friendly and friendly co-workers. the job is very unstable and there is barely any room for growth. the most enjoyable part of the job is the great people working there (co-workers) and flexible hours.

It was a great place to work with friendly colleagues. I could build up a good rapport with all the management as well other workers . Friendly atmosphere helped me to work well and to imporve productivity by clarifying all the doubts and all. I learned the importance of having a team work and dedication .Finishing our target on time was a bit difficult but our team work and cooperation helped me to achieve the result.

I believe that they are a good company to work for, however there are a lot of cons in this business. The supervisors are not all following the guidelines of a business protocol. I felt there was no structure to what they do. Schedules are all over the places often have many hours, and then some days we get sent home early.
Hardest part of the job was sitting and repeating.

CRTC rules is the 1st main rule that is to be followed by every employee in the company. Sales and reasolving customers issues is the main agenda for all the campaigns. Satisfying Customer needs is the mandate for the company.Quality focused and updated information along with training is what provided everytime.

Its an okay place to manage your work life if your pursuing your education. The higher management sucks. No incentives. They will force you to work over-time. None of the provisions listed under the labour law will apply at this company. Your smart to make a good decision for yourself .. Good luck !
