I have the best bosses in world. They are very understanding when it comes to family responsibilities and appointments that need to be kept. They are very good at letting you know when you have done something good. They trust me to take the lead when it comes to making very important decisions with customers and our other employees. I learned to be very independent and responsible with this job. It can be very stressful at times but has taught me time management and multitasking at the same time.

I was sad I had to leave this employer because they were great people to work for and very supportive to my needs.
They usually agreed with my suggestions to changes and were always praising me for my work. They tried to persuade me to stay but I didn't have a choice so they were upset that I had to leave.

I learned a lot about First Aid regulations across the Provinces. I very much enjoyed seeking out the right instructors for each class, and managing the calendar across Canada. It was very challenging and required a great deal of time management skills. Each day, my job was filled with a variety of tasks across different platforms.

the management was exceptional and helped in my personal growth both within the business and personal life. 
the hardest part of the job was motivating myself to cold call on business. 
the most enjoyable part of my job was the ability to set my own appointments and be my own boss

Can't say enough about the staff in mississauga. A Priceless positive experience. The culture was aligned with preparing there employees, in my opinion, with everything needed in the industry for success. My only regret is not working to my potential.

Its a great place to work as there is lots of work and the time flies by.  Great atmosphere and friendly co-workers.  I enjoy the challenges that come with my job as well as being able to get help from everyone.  There is an open door policy there.

Great company to work for. But they were bought out by Cintas , terrible company to work for, do not apply for a job with Cintas. I worked with Zee Medical for over 15 years. I worked for another 2 years with Cintas. What a waste of 2 years.

Was decent. Lots of travel. Good commission management was supportive. Lots of freedom to manage your territory. Hours were good. Over all was ok to work at.

My day to day responsibilities consisted of selling medical supplies and making new clients. I was responsible for installing medical cabinets as well as AEDs. I stocked and kept the the company vehicle clean daily.

Management could be more people oriented.  Felt more like a robot than a human, did not feel that the company cared about what the employees needs were.  Lack of leadership.  Management acted oddly and played favoritism.
