Many years ago I got hired by Zenduit as a web developer. I am a freelancer that works remotely and I was very happy with how the process went from interview to the actual hire. 

From that moment to this day I enjoy working with the Zenduit team. They are always interested in improving different things, implementing new tools (which gives me a great opportunity to learn different things), and they are interested in my suggestions. A lot of times I came back with different ideas than the initial ones and to my surprise, it was taken into the account and moved forward into the production process. 

It's nice that as a web developer I can explain why certain things should be done in a different way and after that people are getting the full picture and we decide on the best approach. 

I was hired as an HR Associate for my first co-op role, and even though my major is in Accounting and Financial Management, I was able to learn a tremendous amount working within the HR department. I was able to make meaningful contributions to the company by helping develop the onboarding program as well as creating a core value scorecard for the company. I also had the opportunity to work with the Finance Team working on cheque management as well as creating a filing system for prior cheques. All of the employees within the company are very friendly and approachable, and the managers are always looking to ensure the co-op employees can be successful within their roles.

My relationship with ZenduIt started quite a few years ago. My job was initially as a web developer, but that quickly went beyond that to the behind the scenes setup. Naturally, a company works with many systems that need to communicate with each other. So it was really cool when management asked me to put together the framework that integrates the CRM with the billing system and a few others. It’s nice knowing you’ve built a critical system that a company uses every days. 

The fact that the management trusted me to build it gave me a boost and I’ve grown a better programmer out of this.

There are a bunch of other projects I did, but this one was awesome!

I've worked for ZenduIT for about a year as a Scrum Master (remotely, part-time). I was responsible for: establishing Agile processes in the development team; guiding and coaching Junior Product Managers; coordinating and conducting scrum events and meetings; improvements over some processes, researching which tools to integrate into the workflow for a particular task / process; conducting some research; reporting.

The workplace is very relaxed in how you work, as long as the work that is assigned is done in time.  The scrum sprints were great in how they set clear expectations for each person, and all the tasks were lined up in order before the sprint started. Great place to learn and grow with extremely knowledgeable and experienced people in the team to guide you whenever there is something you are unsure about. Always reach out to find get some help, the team is more than happy to assist.

 Even if you have absolutely ZERO sales experience you should consider working here. Their training is phenomenal. They cover everything you need to know. Not just about the product, but about selling and how to sell to people. I felt so confident after I completed the training and I’ve made more money in the past few months here than I have at any other job I’ve worked. 


Great company and idea. Terrible owners who harass staff. they have interesting solutions and products and some really great clients. But owners dont let managers or employees work. Either they fire or people quit. Wanted to stay longer but left. Managers were nice but thought of job loss was everyday

Senior staff members are an invaluable resource of experience and information that junior staffers can turn to for guidance. The culture is very tight knit. If nothing else, come for the family-like community. We’re still able to work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Very thankful to be working at ZenduIt.


This company has offered a wide range of expertise in different areas. The office is beautiful and working here is amazing. The bosses are friendly and better than anywhere I’ve worked before.
