Relatively young company still unclear and uncertain in their direction. Ownership & management yet un-able to put aside their enlarged egos to make sensible decisions. Your loyal unwavering dedication & hard work will be secondary, to the respect & devotion those inflated egos require. The benefits package is below average sub-par at best, and there is no RSP matching program in place. Im still waiting for my 5yrs service gratitude they're supposed to give to every employee after your 5 years continued employment! New immigrants to Canada should take extra notice in Zytech as there is a large Punjabi contingent to their work force. They do however have a fair, although undisclosed, bonus structure which almost makes it worth it.
If you value your hard work, and hope to make forward progress, look elsewhere. Dirty, dirty, dirty. So glad to be in a better place now!

As someone that works in the office and not the plant staff, I found out quite quickly that things there are very clicky.   Interactions between departments are not cooperative and things tend to revolve around Salaes as the top of the pile.  Company culture is next to zero and everyone is on their own to just do your job and.move on.  They definitely need to fix the culture within and clean house to do it.  Lots of old attitudes that need to move into the.21st centuries.  Salaries are still good but raises are very slow.  Not any room for advancement.

easy commute. parking, small office

under staffed, no management support

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
very clicy, people talk behind other back

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
answer phones, prepare couriers, do my accounting duties, check stationary and kitchen supplies

was a good workplace only issue is the diversity of employees and lack of emphasis on a clean and safe work enviroment after that no real issues and was a comfortable environment to work

Most of my experience was from this Company. I required many skills through education paid for via this company. work and family life are very easy to manage

There is lot of things to learn, but no job security, poor management. Hardest part of the job - you will never understand what the management expectations.

Should be a good change with some new direction.  Time will tell if the new leaders can make the necessary culture changes.  It will be an uphill battle though
