I enjoyed my three years at dahl, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with, there is ample room for growth when you communicate your interests. Everyone is willing to assist you in your personal and career growth. 
We produce the best quality products and the company is heading in the right direction and changing with the times.
Open door policy is great. focus groups take place to gain better perspective from employee stand point. most people have fun and enjoy employee events.

Here they assign work on ones capability, with the much experienced staff ready to train and guide.
I learned a lot being my first factory production work on components' assembly, machine production speed and quality 
The management is all involved and very cooperative.
Didn't get even the slightest culture shock even though the establishment boasts of diverse cultures. 
Didn't have any hard part working there and I would give it 5 stars rating.

After the time I spent there I was saddened to hear how many people who had been with the company for so many years were just discarded. 
The company used to mean something, it used to stand for something. Now it’s managed by a group of people who are largely disconnected with the thoughts and feelings of those on the floor. 
Truly a sad day. I wish all my fellow employees all the best. But the best will only come when current Managment is sacked. 

Great company for those who enjoy a small company environment. All people care about your safety and success. I have never worked anywhere where the people are no nice including factory staff. Management is putting things in place to get feedback from everyone and they will do what they can to make it happen. I'm not surprised that there are some very long tenured employees.

I only worked at dahl for nine weeks.  My supervisor was ok with me. He was always on his phone playing games or deciding what dress shirt to wear the next day so we had freedom to do other things. I went home n made salsa with nachos half way through my shift. 
.I found it relaxing but my pay was low. I have been told they are mostly going to lose their jobs to friends and family so maybe not a good decision  but I try to be open mind.

I have no problem with the company. 
They people are great  to work with. 
If you need help with anything the co- workers help instantly.  The work is not hard it's quite easy. They do train you. 
They are a very understanding company to work for. That's all I have to say. When they do inventory they supply breakfast and coffee from Timmies and lunch is Subway variety also pop and water.

Many years ago Dahl was a good company to work for. Some people left and hired the worst possible choices to run the company. There is no opportunity for advancement. No raises and no bonus. No pride or quality.
The culture is one of fear and entitlement. Management needs to be cleared out ASAP if they want to continue. If they want to go out of business they should continue doing what they are doing

They will hire just about anyone who is a family member causing too much conflict of interest. Family members work together and will gang up and retaliate on you to try and get rid of you if they do not like you. Very unprofessional work environment. A lot of rude and obnoxious workers. However, some workers there are really nice and friendly. 

They have 40$ an hour for a maintenance.

Many people that work here go to 
The food bank as they haven't gotten raises in years and years 

Think about this  before you apply. During the pandemic this management went from a 4 day work week to mon to fri.

Gas was $2.06 a litre 
Their explanation.  We just like it better this way.
