I really liked the fact that Diamond Taxi provided its workers with transportation home every night! That was cool. The company was ok to work for, I just didn't like the fact that customers were calling for a cab, and we were told to tell them to get an address and call back. We were not allowed to pull up the customers' location and assist them. I found that to be strange considering that we are a cab company!

I worked with public dealing with customer service and taxi orders Sometimes it was stressful but I did enjoy it I am up for a challenge I love working with the public and meeting new people The management was supportive and helpful The workplace was a safe clean place to work I got along well with my co workers and made some really good friends

most stressful part is when you stay up to 2 to 3 hours without request

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is flexible in nature, gives one time with family

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
it is a 12 hours shift, that feels like 6 hours shift

I have worked at Diamond Taxi for six years. Some drivers were pretty friendly and the pay was pretty good on days when we had a lot of business. Although the company was sold around late December due to it not receiving much customers.

•	Drove taxi safely to provide transportation for passengers
•	Assisted passengers load and unload their baggage
•	Ensured the cab was cleaned and sanitized daily
•	Ability to transport disabled clients safely

Good for short term work. Too long hour to work in everyday. no vacation. fixed weekly rent to pay the Taxi garage owner. High price of gasoline. maximum effort to earn.

Job is really ok .I   like driving there people are cool  and some even funny cars are a bit small but we get along me being tall have issues sometimes.

Great people to work with, not the safest job to do in my city, has its ups and downs for pay, flexible hours. vehicles well maintained, management always tries to work with you and accomodate your needs where possible.

My all experience in diamond more then 6 years and in my opinion best cab in city. Dispatch guys give us always good information and always gives  feedback

Just a bad place to work in general.  If it wasn't the management...it was the clients.  Horrible hours, poor pay, very stressful and no matter how well you did your job...someone was unhappy.
