When working for dicentra as a consulting company you are actually working for dozens, if not hundreds, of companies (ie clients). This provides a unique and excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a variety of different contexts, to face a variety of different challenges, and to grow accordingly. Hard work and meeting high performance standards are highly esteemed by the company, and employees are recognized and openly acknowledged accordingly. However, when such performance appears to be lacking, even when due to circumstances outside an employee's control, the employee will often find themselves censured. Those with a colloquial "thick skin" are definitely better equipped to handle the work environment.

Since starting at dicentra, I've been able to display my strengths and share my knowledge with my colleagues to help with our overall operations. We are a group of professionals who strive to be at our best not just for ourselves, but for each other and overall the company. Devoting not just our minds, but our hearts as well. I am truly impressed with the overall work experience at dicentra and how dicentra has managed to foster good work relationships between the employees and upper management. Happy employees results in great work!

If you have other offers or prospects, choose them over dicentra because once you walk through the door you will see the website is nothing but a facade. This place is as unprofessional as they come. Staff do their best but management is impossible. High turnover due to people leaving or getting let go. Not someplace you can feel secure long term because everyday someone is fired, with no explanation behind it
