i started working here in 2013.It is enjoyable to work here as long as you are doing your job.The hardest part of the job is that some times you have to lift heavy stuff. However, the place is safe to work. Moreover,there is no fixed timing. You know that the shift will start at such time but you do not know when you will be going home as it depends on the  orders we have for the day.

I like to work here because i like the environment neat and clean and very quiet. I have learned a lots of things over their hoe work as team leader how to work in a team and paper work as well. Organizational behavior is the another  skill which i have learn a lot over their. Enjoyable part was everybody over their were very friendly.

Work is easy to do but since the temperature conditions are not good a little difficult but managable. Difficult to work with people elder than you. You do not get shifts when you want and not sufficient hours.

No language barrier but no English at all i mean the lead hand or the supervisor don't give a dame who speaks and wht u do .as long as the work is done. The mouth  never stops and non stop conversation no clue.just do not shut up.

i worked full time and i leaned how to work better at any workplace. this work was very good. people at this place always co-operate with others and provide help to each other. the main hardest part of the workplace was that the workplace was very cold.

Work hours depend on the order for that day. So, the shifts went from 8 to 12 hours without any prior notice and sometimes the order was so small that shifts were of 4-5 hours. They were paying basic pay rate which was a little less in accordance to what the work demanded.

Typical day consisted of going into the production floor and taking samples of finished product, recording temperature of wash baths, occasional interactions with suppliers.

lets start by saying if u are white dont go there. they dont want nothing to do with u.. they will treat u like a dog 15 hour days and 2 breaks a 15 and a 30.. if u need to go to the bathroom when ur on the floor get ready to be yelled at..

Not a single word can describe the word "worst" for this company. If you wanted to waste your time than go ahead do something better than joining this company.
