What is the best part of working at the company?
scumbags that made up nonsense to fire a bunch of us just because we were upset after they shorted us on pay during the cdk outage, do not work here you will regret it, unless you enjoy people taking advantage of you. All of us framed and fired were the crew working excessive overtime and all we have to show for it is lies and termination

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with upper management that is constantly working to short your pay while making you work more. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and full of liars that abuse their employees

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get delivered too much work with no extra compensation, after they get tired of you asking to be compensated fairly, they will make up stories to terminate you.

The pay is based of commissions so the first month won’t be what you’re expecting 
Unless you are the type of person to stay late and come early even on your days off you won’t make very many sales depending on the season
They will always be monitoring you
They’re only  your friends if you make them money from what I’ve noticed, otherwise they don’t really care about you
 
I don’t suggest this job to anyone who actually has a life. They demand everything from you. 

Morally, I couldn’t work there knowing how some of the interactions with people were 

The training I received was all courses on a computer and it felt very rushed 
There was a lack of training by the management due to poor communication 


If you don’t impress them during the first month. You won’t make it 

Managers may have been good sales person at some point, doesn't make them a good manager.  Staff should be able to approach a manager and not be greeted with condescending remarks and put downs.  Other manager will make fun of your physical attributes out of complete disrespect because they think they are in a position of power to get away with it.  I would not recommend working here nor would I ever buy a vehicle from this dealership.  Managers will flat out lie to customers.  Lastly, GoHonda (Go Auto) offers the lowest commission splits in the industry.

During my time working at go honda i had worked alongside some good people who have been treated somewhat unfairly and the atmosphere felt a bit fake. if you are looking to start out in the service department with no previous training i would recommend going through the process as it teaches you respect for the position and will train you through proper but someone who has gone through the process previously i found it was a waste of time and a loss of my apprenticeship.

Go Honda was a great place to work. The environment was friendly and outgoing. It was a great place to work because my Co-workers were like family. We all got along and I was able to make changes to better the company.  I was the manager of customer service. I coached all employees in regards to providing excellent customer service.  

I reviewed feedback, and contacted all customers regarding any issues or concerns they had.

tiring but worth it at work, learned lot of things, management is good & co workers treats fairly, hardest part of the jobs is when they need every cars at the same time but still we love it coz more jobs more pay because where on per work we are not flat rate, most enjoyable part is when we are eating together the whole team...

great coworkers but current managers are unable to live up to promises and expectations set in interview stages , creating a lack of trust and confidence in the work place.( ex. manager says one thing and it doesn't happen.) unreliable work setting and not a happy/healthy work environment.

Management doesn't want to help employees move forward with a career. It's like highschool with cliques. If yiu're in you're in, if not then don't expect anything. Don't expect a raise anytime soon. Minimum wage is not worth the long hours you're encoyraged to work when there's no incentive to advance.

They expect you to work long hard hours with no thanks, small pay and  management (in the detail shop) is non existent. Nothing is done properly or well and is not a good place to learn how to "detail". I would never recommend anyone to go work there or get a car detailed.

The guys in the shop were always a great help and easy to get along with. Management always only cared about the business, would flip-flop on decisions or things they said, and never showed praise or offered insight for things to change.
