Great  place to work , pay was great for me 17 years old $20 a hour  and it was my first job in the oilfield and had lots of  overtime 16 or 20 hours a day lots and a whole bunch of days in a row sometimes I could even get to work on my days off when he phoned and needed me  . I didn’t have to drive like the other guys I worked with  so that was good so I could sleep from job to job. Loading scaffold trailers off a list with  sucked cause sometimes I would forget stuff and the old fat scaffolder  would get mad when we got to the location and stuff was missing. That was ok he got fired and I got to build scaffolds. I learned how to set up equipment light towers and stuff but it broke down lots so then that sucked. One cool guy there the others complained about everything. I would work there again if my uncle still worked there.

Learning how to operate the hook truck

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The employees not helping out with spotting the hook or backing around obstacles on a tight location, just stand by there pick up truck and watch 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible made to tow a trailer that was not fit for the road and expected to load it up and drive back 4hrs with no brakes on the trailer 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress stress stress constantly helping others around the shop doing the tasks they didn't want to do then going to do work on my truck while they sit at the picnic table and make puppies

Great company to work for in the oil and gas industry. Management is supportive and places a strong focus on safety, which is important in this line of work. The team environment is solid and everyone works together to get the job done efficiently. The company provides good equipment and the work is steady when the industry is busy. Communication from supervisors is clear and expectations are fair. Overall, a good place for someone looking to build experience in the oilfield service sector while working with a professional crew.

Really enjoyed my time there. I loved the work. And my experience was a tremendous opportunity that i was thrilled to endure. I loved working long hours every day. I just had the one issue with a specific person who i was put with most days and had a hard time working with her. Besides that. I loved the job, loved the work, loved the hours.

The people are great, but management makes this place awful. You wont get a raise and they have no problems making up excuses to lay people off. Expect to get the bad end of the stick. Things will get thrown together and sent out half broken but barely working and then when you show up on site you look foolish

working at hart oilfield rentals was a great experience I would start the day going over the jobs with the manager from the day before then go over all rental equipment making sure it was ready to rent then I would check on the work crews to see how things were going in the field and in the yard and would check on inventory and supplies and order as need

Loved what I did for the company, Until the original Manager chose to find a new career path. The replacement they hired is clueless and uneducated. The Company itself is just as clueless as they think this guy knows what hes doing. Don't be surprised when this company goes under cause that's where its headed.

I initially thought this place was great, treated well, family first etc. but after a while they show their true colors. upper management is awful, they are rude and inappropriate, the pay is terrible. the only decent thing about this place was coworkers.

Lots of fun working for this company, the guys are great, the branch manager at my time of employment there was great. 

Upper management from down south really sucks and penny pinch too hard which is frustrating when needing to get parts

very relaxed, supportive, a lot of swearing though
