work culture is very good. Employees and managers are helpful. Flexible timings. Internal politics are everywhere so this place is no different. Managers favour certain employees over others. Only problem is the pay, a little higher salary would definitely make a lot of employees stay with the company.

great place but can be unfair at times, with how they treat employees, great bonuses and very flexible with work hours,would suggest increasing yearly salaries for collections officers though.

I would highly recommend anybody do their research before wanting to work for a company like this. If you're wanting to find a disrespectful  Customer service environment , this is the right place for you. If you have any self worth don't apply here.

Work life balance is the best.

Salary package is alright, could pay more but not as bad as other places.

Really good management which encourages open communication.



Been working iA Auto Finance for over 2 years,the drive would be nice if you lived closer. My co-workers are friendly and helpful.

Down fall- no incentives or advancement.

Poor Leadership, significant amount of pressure. Overwhelming workload.
Management has no concern for mental health. Favouritism amongst staff while other staff who go above and beyond are unnoticed.

there's no end to this job. a lot of employees were underperforming but it's a team job. there work on weekend as well which is super understaffed but receiving a lot of calls

Great work environment - limited opportunity for growth. 

Flexible hours and great management. Lots of opportunities interdepartmentally but advancement opportunities are limited.

Growth within the company, great place to work. Fun culture. Very diverse place of business, very easy to simulate into this company. Headquarters is in Montreal Quebec.

Great work life balance. Everyone starts with 3 weeks vacation and shifts and very flexible in most departments. Also lots of addition health and wellness programs offered.
