Iguard360’s Bread & Butter Is Really Only A Two Way Street. Retail Or Concierge Pick Your Poison. Their Lack Of Wide Array When It Comes To Different Contracts Within The Security Stratosphere Is Really Evident. Not To Mention The Lack Of Adequate Training To Deal With In Real Life Situations/Offences For The Guards They Deploy To Different Sites. Hourly Wages With Iguard360 Aren’t Nearly Competitive As Compared To Other Entities Within The Security Market. On Top Of The Fact That Your Duties/ Responsibilities Don’t Even Nearly Align With What Your Compensated. Management Is Pretty Lackadaisical/Non Communicative & Rotational With A Ton Of New Faces In Different Departments Within Key Management Roles Like Clockwork. Incompetency Is At An All Time High Here. Hence The Detailed Review. All In All, There Is Some Sort Of Potential Or Light For Iguard360 Someday, However As Of Now They’ve Got A Long Road Ahead In Someday Reaching New Heights To Get There.

Ability to change jobs,  promotions without a lot of experience 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some managers are unfriendly. They do not speak to their staff when they break rules, but, are hard on others.
Payroll is wrong many times. They take money if you are late up to the 15 minutes and if you are late. Staff will show up 1 min. before shift, clock in, but, not get to their post for 15 min. The person waiting for them to take over does not get paid the 15 min they waited. The company says the other person was on time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depends on where you work - every bldg. is different. All stores are the same, no one cares about you, so, it can be good or lonely.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start shift, stand by front door or move around to prevent stealing. Patrolling bldg., or sit at a desk and take packages.

Worst workplace out there. Avoid this company like the plague. The management constantly changes and they have no respect for any of the employees - even the older and experienced ones. They believe that the management is always right and disregard employee feedback. No appreciation of work and constant criticism. 
No raises are offered even after being employed for several years. Employees are disrespect and their feedback is always disregarded. Duties constantly keep on changing and increasing compared to original job description. Not a friendly work environment. They treat all employees as replaceable and dispensible.

Client and guard relations are the primary objectives, however, you are also assisting other departments depending on operational needs. The biggest challenge is the work-life balance as your phone usually rings at all hours of the day, sometimes even past midnight, to deal with whatever guard/client issues may have come up. 
The management team, as well as the operations team are all great and help alleviate some of the stresses from the job.  
Excellent place to grow and develop management skills, with great leadership guiding you along the way. 

The pay is terrible, the culture is unpleasant, and there is no feedback from or communication with your supervisors. In my eyes, you are set up to fail, and they act like it's your fault when clients get upset. 

I said I started in 2018 in this review, but they were called Delta Security when I started this job. They changed their name when Covid hit, but along with this change they stopped offering good wages, or any support or communication with supervisors. The only reason I still work here is because my wage is locked in from before, but this is the last security company I would want to work off if I was looking for a job now.

Served as member of executive management team of start-up security services provider.  Held full accountability for identifying new opportunities, developing long-term relationships, executing new market entry strategies, coordinating sales and customer support functions. Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, established marketing and sales objectives, and prepared profitability reports. Diligently prospected through tireless cold calling and penetrating new accounts within highly competitive industry.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The flexibility and support is always available. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with homeless people constantly trying to steal, unless you deal with them upon meeting them at first contact.  There wasn't a problem for me.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I found it informative and provided extra experience to my resume.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with potential theft.

Worked at iguard for 2 years,  never got a pay raise. Only had 1 sick day leave in my 2 year period. Newly hired with no experience were getting paid more than me. Since i was working at $17.50  which is 10 cents on top of minimum wage all that after 2 years with the company. I got fed up of all this and left the company for a better carrier.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worst company never raise your pay after probation. Operations is the worst department in this company so much drama and corrupt people working in the department

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The Team leads are useless and so is the manager for the department always playing favourites

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible turnover sucks no one stays because of specific people

Working with Iguard360 was my first job ever. I appreciate that they gave me a chance to grow and flourish in the security field. Specifically, I want to mention Ola, the operations coordinator in eastern Ontario. It was really nice working with him because he provide a very comfortable, supportive and respectful environment. I even recommended this company to some of my friends and they are also very satisfied with the way they work.
