Great place to start your career that exposes you to multiple aspects of the construction industry. The company provides autonomy on projects as you get more experienced on the software and become more confident in your work. iSPAN company culture is great, everyone at the company is easy going and makes you feel like its your second home. Its a young company, so there is still things they can improve on, but with knowing where they headed you should consider them as an employer.

Communication does not exist here. Shop lead tells you one thing, foreman tells you another and it's up to you to guess tolerances.  Foreman actively talks poorly about employees to other employees. Claim they care about employees but do everything they can to hinder your mental health. HR is there to protect  the company, not the workers. Good luck making advances, even if you've proven proficiency. 

The team is great! Everyone is very open to helping out. There are opportunities for those who want them. You can work in drafting and help out in the shop. Want to try sales or PM department? You can do that too. One thing I would recommend is to be very transparent on what your needs are right from the beginning. Honesty is greatly appreciated here.

It started out as a company with growth potential, but within a year it went downhill. Supply chain issues, creditor protection, and restructuring with many layoffs in December just days before Christmas. It was not a positive place to work at. We were told things were looking better and then layoffs happened and the company shut down for good.

iSpan is a great place to work. They are a rapidly growing company which gives many opportunities for career growth within. The team here is fantastic to work with. It is a fast paced environment that is changing and evolving as the company continues to grow and it is exciting to be a part of that.

Good start point, it's an up and coming company still trying to get the kinks out. Many young people so it's easy to get along with everyone. Fast paced environment

People are great. Training is extensive. Hours are flexible if needed. Great over all environment to work in. Management is down to earth and not micromanaging. Open to suggestions and questions.

A fast paced environment with a young team to back you up. Rapidly growing if you would like to grow with them. Great work life balance and flexible if you need them to be.

Work is okay, some guys guys working there. Management could be better. Poor communication between office staff and the production floor. Wouldn't recommend
