Decent part time job with slightly above average pay, should be higher for how much they are charging, flexible hours but the system they use is really unintuitive. The job gets boring quickly. All of my coworkers were really nice people but the store manager could not be more two-faced, always acting nice in front of everyone but not caring at all about employees at the back. There are also no paid breaks, instead there is only one thirty minute lunch break. Never seen any company do this, they only care about money. Would not recommend this ISaute to anyone. 

It's not worth it trust me.
There is no clear vision, the owners do not know what they want and expect you to know everything from day one. There is no training, you have to be able to understand the product and services are your own. Your work will be constantly monitored and scrutinized on a daily basis. If your french written is not 100% Quebecois then you won't last more than a month. Good luck.

The job is fairly easy and easy to keep busy or to pass the time. The management was great however the new management was difficult to cooperate with. The clients are high maintenance but easy to work with. The staff is fairly young therefore maturity lacks and it has a high school feeling to the environment. The most difficult part of the job was the staff as it can be easy to get distracted with the drama. The most enjoyable part of the job is that it's laid back and fun to work with children.

I have worked with iSaute for several years in two of their locations and love my co-workers and management team.  It's the best student job and so much fun.  For sure there are hard moments because the center is always busy but I've been able to develop so many useful skills.

Management thinks we are janitors. You need to be standing for your whole shift, not allowed to talk to your collegues, no jumping, little breaks. The WORST clientele ever. Unorganized and incoherent bosses. Not allowed to touch the music that’s blasting. Lots of drama. And worst of all, low salary! Probably much more to say... it’s a shame because this place used to be the dream

Fun place to work but low salary and repetitive tasks, normal cashier job and watching people jump making sure they don't hurt themselves, occasional problematic parent who doesn't understand that you're talking to their kid because they're going to get hurt if they continue

There are parts of the job that suck (monitoring the kids) but the rest is honestly not bad it can be stressful, the pay is what youd expect but the hours are flexible which is good for school.

Extremely happy with my decision to accept their offer. I have been learning a whole lot and having fun at the same time ! Great management team, they listen to your every need and make sure you feel comfortable/happy at work.

All managers talk behind every workers back
The general manager has favorits. They have immature young kids managing the place. Unorganized work place.


I worked for owners who had no idea how to treat employees and had very little respect for workers...That's the bottom line ! Staff was for the most part ...very dedicated!
