Working at italkBB was generally a positive experience.

Pros:
	•	Friendly and supportive colleagues make for a pleasant team environment.
	•	The company follows labor laws closely and always pays on time.
	•	Lunch breaks are paid, which is a nice benefit not every company offers.

Cons:
	•	The products are quite outdated, making them difficult to sell in today’s competitive market.

If you’re looking for a stable workplace with a friendly atmosphere and reliable pay, italkBB is a solid choice. However, if you’re seeking innovative products or a more dynamic sales environment, you might find it limiting.

I enjoyed working at iTalkBB. Nice people and no work politics. Colleagues are helpful and supportive. HR will conduct yearly review to help with your career growth. Flexible policy during the pandemic. Free lunches everyday but the insurance policy is not good (well.... better than none). 

I like this company since everyday you can just focus on achieving some goals without much politics influence. Very supportive management who encourage creative but workable ideas with incentives. Good teamwork and rare internal conflict. Typical Asian company which emphasize loyalty.

No layoff during the pandemic, good for the applicant looking for a stable jog especially for the newcomers.
Most of the customers are speaking Cantonese and mandarin, better for the applicant from China.
No overtime requirement, good for the applicant seeking for the balance of job and life.

I worked for 8 years there and didn't find much growth opportunity there. willing to work at night and weekend are pre-requisite and no compensation in any kind.

very poor management with no respect for staff.
all the reviews with 5 stars were fake.
the manager level took full advantages of students and new immigrants only.

The management comes from kindergarten, but they feel better always. 

The manager feels scared if you have any creative idea on your position. The manager feels good when she challenged you.

Nice Company, great oppounity for someone to earn work experience, however, management team need to be more careful about their work attitude. They should provide more group benefit

I do believe there's high volum of works due to the business grow
I disagree they refuse to pay and employees does not feel worth to work here.

management level and workplace culture aren't so good. it is a telecommunication services retail services company. the clients focus on Asian immigration.
