Montreal location. Place fired most employees that knew what they were doing. Now most new employees aren't getting trained right. Mistakes everywhere and management as a whole is horrible. HR doesn't support the employees and will try to make it so that anyone in management is "correct"  and employees are wrong. Only upside is the pay but even that is inconsistent. Supervisors and above don't care about most problems you mention and will say "we'll do something about" and you'll never hear about it. They promote safety but when it's an inconvenience to their productivity, suddenly safety isn't so important. Go here is you want to work somewhere where they don't care about you.

Started out getting used to the proper unloading techniques while paying attention to changes in product or quality defects. A great place to get your foot in the door in warehousing and forklift driving as all site staff are forklift certified upon official hiring. Occasional opertinities to travel to sister site in Montreal to hone forklift skills in a higher traffic environment. 

It used to be a great place until they lost great people. Inexperienced ignorants trying to manage and continue to fail. Unnecessary stressful environment where no one respects anyone. 

Amazing workplace, Amazing employees to work with, this company treats us like we are all a family. We get allot of exercise in the workplace as we are material handlers shipping and receiving Michelin tires.

No one in this Montreal company knows what they are doing, awful management, long hours  dead hours and busy months all at once. Management would sometimes give free food. 

Very bad management and work environment. Management is always confused and there is a supervisor who does not even know the job. Bad place tow work. Go away from here.

Good place to work. Staff is helpful and looking out for workers. Theres always something to do but there are down times as well. Supervisors are not rude as most places 

Loved my job there but they closed now. Management except one or two were great. Employees were fun and had a big group of events. Miss this job and company. 

Great place to work. Staff are great. Unloading and Loading Trailers of heavy tires. They teach you how to operate Forklifts in house. It can be very hot in the summer.
