I work in the engineering department, and overall it’s an okay place to work.
The work is relatively straightforward, although there is limited opportunity for career advancement. The engineering team is small, which is a positive because it allows you to be involved in many different aspects of the business. However, there appears to be a significant knowledge gap between the engineering department and the tooling shop regarding design-for-manufacturing practices.
Some engineering procedures feel poorly defined and could benefit from clearer standards and specifications based on solid engineering principles. At times, parts of the design process rely too heavily on the mindset of “we’ve always done it this way because it works,” rather than continuous improvement or optimization.
On the positive side, work hours are relatively flexible, which helps with work-life balance.
Overall, I would consider working here for a few years to build experience and strengthen my resume before moving to another company that offers better compensation, benefits, career growth opportunities, and more technically engaging work.

This was one of the most frustrating places I have ever worked. Management seems to have no clear idea what it wants, and the result is constant confusion, wasted effort, and unnecessary stress. Employees are started on one task, only to be abruptly pulled away and told to do something else, making the entire workplace feel chaotic and badly run. The manager speaks to staff in a condescending and disrespectful manner, as if everyone is a child, and shuts people down instead of listening when they try to explain anything. On top of that, the pay is lousy for the work being demanded. The atmosphere is toxic, morale is low, and the overall experience is draining. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for competent leadership, fair pay, or basic respect.

Team work, Collaboration and Mentoring these are some aspects that form the Core of KostKlip's culture. The 18 months I have worked here have shown me everyday that these terms are not just textbook concepts. High degree of transparency, every member of the team and management is very approachable and helpful.

On a day to day basis I work with various teams in the company Sales, Shipping, Production Etc. Forming quick task teams and collaborating on projects is easy at kostklip as here the team is very enthusiastic to share ideas and criticism if any is constructive in nature.

We have a number of events to celebrate milestones in the company where we unwind and bond over some excellent food or just hang out after work on a Friday to wind down.

The managers of all departments in this company create a level of toxicity that I have never witnessed.  They mostly hire inexperienced people and groom them.  I watched many of the employees in every department mindlessly repeat phrases that they heard from management without understanding what they were saying. You end up staying there so long because you become convinced that you can’t do anything else. 

An exciting workplace offering new challenges every week, ideal for starting an engineering career. The manager is supportive, although there is room for improvement in training. I appreciated collaborating with all departments at Kostklip. I will miss my time at Kostklip.

My experience at Kostklip was fantastic. The people and teams were exceptional, creatimg a collaborative and supportive environment. Management exhibited strong leadership, prioritizing employee well-being and professional growth. Overall, I highly recommend kk for its outstanding team dynamics and positive workplace culture.

The company gives you all the training and tools you need to succeed on the role, they are very supportive, and they let you do your job instead of micro manage you. O totally recommend working here. Also as a BDM, you get the chance to travel all the US and Canada.

Worked here for 2 weeks and couldnt wait to leave. The people that were there  some were new and some had been there for a few years and thier attitude showed it. Revolving door employees.  Management has an ego. No radio.  Rudeness.  Dead end job. Did an interview in Richmond and criminal record check. Then an interview in the factory.  The hours they had in the add weren't what I got

Company has a very good working environment and culture. Friendly people all throughout the company and most of the workers here are long term employees. I learned a lot working here and made my way to a good position in the company. As long as you work hard, management will give you opportunities to advance.
