Great people to work with and nice environment.
 They can definitely improve their training and on-boarding procedure. In house system needs some major work and updating. Communication was not ideal within the workplace. Everyone has their own understanding of procedures which often creates confusion within the role. 2 weeks paid leave is advertised within the role description, however I was made to feel guilty after returning from 2 days off because they were “swamped” while I was on vacation leave. Possibly need to amend their job description as it’s not a true reflection of the role and requirements. Overall a stressful few months trying to understand the ins and outs of this highly demanding position with poor pay and in the end no warning given before termination period. Asked to leave there and then on the day. Not professional in comparison to my past working experiences. 

They say they are there to support you but that’s a lie. The ELT preach their Core Values, but do not follow them. They are not humble, will not go beyond to help you, they do not continuously improve to make the lives of their employee better. I felt suffocated here. They make you feel bad for calling in sick,  called me while I’m on vacation and didn’t even respect the fact that I was going through the loss of a parent tough time while still doing their admin work. Their business needs always come first, and they do not see what the employee is going through. I don’t recommend working here.  They say they are flexible, but are not.  It is an extremely suffocating environment. 

This is a terrible place to work, they treat their employees very poorly, hours are terrible and morale is very low. One of the worst places I've ever worked.

Youre building matteresses. Non stop over time. Not enough pay. Work gets really boring. It's quick and easy to pick up. Feels really grindy to feel like you are making good money. But a good job if you don't wanna start at fast food restaurants. 

Very hands on, which is the part of my job that i liked the most. I sewed the edging on mattresses, and sometimes helped build box springs. Had to unload foam from work trucks, and clean up my work space after each day. Employee's were very friendly and helped me out when i had questions.

This is my first job in Canada. I learned a lot of things at this job. For example how to work as a team member and how to communicate with others.All workers are very positive and great personalities. I loved to work with them.

Restwell Mattress is a great place to work with cool bosses and an easygoing environment. The team is supportive and the job is manageable. However, an increase in pay would be appreciated.

It’s alright, starting is $14 but people are very childish. Many people quit and walk out without notice. 
It’s very hard on your body and very hot during summer

It was a warehouse experience and production experience . i spent 8 years in this company. i got good experience from my seniors and coworker too. it was little hard job
